Reservations were for our 25th wedding anniversary. Could not have been any happy with the environment or the food or the people. Garry was outstanding. The best dining out in Louisville for maybe 5y. Cheers Volare. Weâll be back for sure.
Table was ready immediately upon walking through the door. A friend had suggested the restaurant, but it exceeded all our expectations. Every dish we ordered was the best that we had ever eaten. The desserts were decadent! Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion.
Overall the best restaurant in the city. Thatâs why I eat there once a week. Normally I never order a steak in a restaurant since Emeril Lagasse told me how to do a steak at home, but last night I broke my rule and ordered the filet. It was remarkable.

Jonathan and his staff were exceptional. This is always a special place to celebrate special occasions. Additionally, the bar is such a nice place to grab a bottle of wine and a small plate and listen to live music. This is a true treasure for Louisville dining! Don't hesitate to book an evening out at Volare! The Chef's creations are second to none!
