Tumbleweed on outer loop is dirty smelly and it was a bug in our chips and crawling on the wall. I knew we should have turned around carpet dirty smelly plastic bucket with a nasty dish cloth sitting up front. There was food under our table and the table was dirty luckily I .had Lysol wipes. Disgusting only eat there if you like bugs. I know everyone is short staffed but with Covid you have to clean. It deserves a negative 5
Me and my family come here and we are so disappointment with the establishment. The floors were disgusting ( food was all over the place the bathroom was cleaner then the floors out in the main area). When we got to our table it was dirty and we had to ask for it to be cleaned for us. In between the seats there was food. The floor underneath are table was sticky. The drinks were off some of the glasses were dirty. When our food came out it was disgusting. When my Father's burrito came out his refried beans and lettuce look disgusting like it got microwaved. My sister's steak came out not medium rare it looks like it was hamburger meat. My brothers chicken was cold. The sweet tea we order was warm and I even cold. The manager was sitting down and doing nothing while he could have done something. The waiter was very nice and felt sorry for him after this I'm tired ordeal. We will never come here again in the future.
Stopped in after a shopping trip. Had never visited a tumbleweed before, but was definitely surprised! Food & service was great! The wait time wasn’t super long. Will definitely come back!
I had a very nice meal. Food was good. Prices are reasonable. What stood out was the service. We sat at the bar the the bartender was outstanding! She hustled and was making sure everyone was taken care of.
Was disappointed on the second trip. I really can't blame the server, she did her best. But my first trip , I was really pleased. Food really tasted great and the service was great. So since I had a great time the first time. I went with my family. And it was like night and day.
The burrito was very salty, rice bland, beans were uninspiring. My waitress was very good and friendly, no I didn't send food back or complain while visiting. There were a couple waitresses by the kitchen that were arguing and it was a bit inappropriate being in ear shot of diners.
Ok so when you call 9 times out of 10 it's someone with a nasty attitude. Then when your order and have them repeat it, it's a problem. So then when you pull up he crew smoking by the door making comments and being nasty, towards customers. I order a tea with my meals and yet come outside rush to get my money hoping I won't ask for my change back and have to remind them of my tea the service is horrible and obviously still the horrible service from 2 years ago. The bacon in the loaded mash potatoes wasn't cooked all the way and the mash potatoes was watery. The steak didn't have the sauce with it.
Very disappointed. First time I came I had the fajita, pretty decent dish but this second time service and food were horrible. We had got chicken some avocado tacos and a chimichanga will let me tell you nothing had flavor at all! Not even the Pico de Gallo which is pretty simple to make, even that wasn't good. The tacos only had 2 strips of chicken.
I've been coming to the Tumbleweed on Outer Loop since the original one was built many years ago. I've seen a lot of servers come & go in well over 30 years. I've had some great servers over the years that I would request when I dined here. One of the best is the one that I request these days. Amanda is awesome! Always friendly & takes good care of me. I'm a heavy tea drinker & she always has my next one on the table before I finish the one I'm on. She's become like family. I always try to make my trips to Tumbleweed when I know that she is working.
Went for takeout and what I got was a blob of four filled with something that didn’t look eatable. Payed 14.00 for ??? I want make that mistake again. Not a good place to eat, if you like good food.
