Good atmosphere. Food was basic pub food, nothing was out of this world. Beer cheese didnât have much flavor even though itâs what they seem to promote all over the menu. Tyler, our server was great. Quick, honest about recommendations and great personality.

We had a terrible experience. First, my husband ordered a Kentucky Mule (should be made with bourbon, a BROWN liquor) and it came out clear. Obviously wrong. None of the four meals ordered were very good. 2 below average pizzas, kidâs chicken fingers and tater tots (could have made it better at home-pulling frozen food out of the freezer and cooking. Tots were undercooked and chicken was over cooked), and one Fleur De Lis Dip. This was supposed to have carmelized onions made with brown sugar and bourbon, but they came out clear/white like they had been cooked for a couple of minutes in a pan. Asked for the assistant manager who seemed more interested in hanging out at the hostess station chatting with staff. She was wearing a baggy t-shirt and baggy athletic shorts. Have a little pride will ya? Hold yourself and your staff to a higher standard! She said the kitchen had made it right, but thereâs no way that any brown sugar or bourbon was added to the onions. She did offer to get me another entree but I declined. The side salad that went with it was good, so I just ate that. The area outside the restrooms had large puddles of water on the floor, a small âdumpster typeâ container with used boxes overflowing, 3 extra random chairs and a serving tray just sitting there. I actually talked to the owner and told him the manager obviously didnât care about her job or the restaurant and he assured me she did. Why then are the servers absent, dirty appetizer dish and plates are left on the table the whole meal, unsanitary situations occurring outside the restrooms, poor food quality presented, no water refills, etc occurring? He wasnât even aware of what the menu said about the fleur de lis âcarmelizedâ onions and told me it wasnât made with brown sugar. He asked for a menu and seemed surprised when he read it. Geez! Overall this was not a pleasant dining experience.
Cool place but they were out of Turkey! No Hot Brown for us. They ran out of 2 of he bourbons my husband was requesting as well. Our server was super helpful though and really nice.
Appetizer and entree came out at same time. While pretzels were good the beer cheese was old and presentation was sloppy. The pizza had to be a frozen pizza from the grocery store and then was served half cooked. The waiter struggled, overall very disappointed with our visit
We have eaten here many times and loved it! This time our service was very slow and the food was mediocre at best. Everything was salty. My turkey and apple sandwich (which I have ordered before!) had almost no turkey on it, a normal amount of apple and a ton of mayonnaise! Just not good, not sure we will be back. ð
