This is a great pizza joint, known for their giant slices! Great flavor options on the menu. We got the Great Colossus (pesto chicken), which had a very yummy and unique flavor! Docking it 1 star because 1) I think they use excessive amounts of cornmeal in the crust, making it somewhat tough/gritty, and 2) I didn’t realize it when I was eating it, but when I got home, I could tell they were very heavy-handed on the garlic. After brushing my teeth twice I could still taste it. Overall though it was a positive dining experience.
I like Post. The salads are great, pizza pretty good, and the outdoor seating is nice in good weather.I did wait forever for the check. I hate waiting for the check and couldn’t go to five stars for that reason alone.
We visited The Post for the first time, and are now big fans. The weekend lunch special is awesome...a giant slice, Caesar salad (or a breadstick) and drink for only about $8! And our server was amazing. A definite recommendation from us!
This is one of those places where you look at the menu and you find yourself saying "I don't know what to get. Everything sounds so good" I'm from NYC so I do love me a good NY style pizza slice. I feel like this place nailed it. I love how innovative their pizzas can get. I would have loved to have tried their tikka marsala pizza of the month but I ordered a slice of the day instead and it did not disappoint.I like the vibe of this place. There is enough space between each tables where you feel like you're not intruding on your neighbors. I appreciate how this is one of the few places here in Louisville that has their waitresses wear face masks and no uniforms.
This was my 1st time my boyfriend and I had eaten here and overall it was a pleasant experience. We got the 16 inch pizza...the crust was a little crisper then I liked personally. But overall, the pizza was delicious. The establishment itself was neat and clean. When you walk in there is a sign stating to seat yourself....we did that and after about 3 or 5 minutes I was told to order food and drinks at the bar. I did that and the food and drinks were delivered shortly after. When we were done we sat stranded again..no check..no to go box....so I went to bar and requested the check and paid the tab. Overall the service was great and we will definitely go back. When we were leaving we saw a tiny sign that said order at bar no table service. So, I suggest some bigger.signs could be posted on the process when you get there and what to do when u leave. I know the sign on door said hiring..so I hope when you have more staff you provide service at the table. Thank you and have a great night!
The Allies - Burned the roof of my mouth eating.... It was really good pizza.Bourbon Lemon-Tonic (BLT) - Only get this if you like tonic's I guess lol. I learned I do not but I can't stand wasting alcohol lmao*The House salad wasn't mine, but the croutons looked too good not to take a picture
Yummy!! I love ?. Definitely enjoyed the food and am ready to go back again. Only complaint is I have no leftovers ? I left with 2 slices and immediately ate them ?
