Delicious ice cream. Very grateful for the vegan options.Staff - not friendly. Not welcoming, seemed annoyed to have to take our order, and then had a VERY loud conversation (yelling) over the phone about a "rude" customer that didn't understand their new point system. It was possibly the owner as she had an in depth conversation with a sales rep that walked in behind us.
Went in a little after 9 as there is no hours on the door. Door open and waiting on people at the counter. She yelled to us sorry we are closed. Confused I asked if we could buy a pint instead for my daughter. She was literally making ice cream for the people right in front of us. Asked you can’t make ice cream for my daughter. Nope we are closed. Then lock your doors and put hours on it too.
The ice cream is delicious!! Focus on customer service could be greatly improved. We have attempted to visit twice at the Paddock Shops location. Once, the store was closed during hours of operation. We get it, life happens, and staff is hard to find. We tried again last night, and we were turned away five minutes to 8p. My kiddos were so disappointed. I can't imagine this would happen if the owner was on site. (FYI - Online the times show as closing at 10p on Sundays.)
Ice cream is so yummy! Highly recommend the brownie sundae but it is enough for two or three. Service is great!

First time going here from. Ice cream is delicious . The reason why I didn't give my stars because the customer service gave me bad vibes . It was an older woman, my daughter who is 11, greeted her first and was a barely hi back. My daughter mentioned it's her first time, which then older woman just said flavors are up there with not much of a friendly manner , I just think she could've been more friendlier especially to a little girl. I was going to order one myself but decided to not get anything else because I just didn't feel good about it. You'd think going to an ice cream place would be a happy place, instead wasn't even greeted well. Anyways won't go back there .
Delicious ice cream! We walked over from our hotel and it was the perfect little spot for a sweet treat. A little pricey, but they have kiddie scoops which was nice. Salted caramel was perfection!
