Good thing the ice cream is good because the service is sub par. Wasn’t necessarily rude but NOT friendly. She acted like we were bothering her. I give lots of grace and rarely give bad reviews but she needs to smile more!
We were at the Simpsonville outlet mall and thought about getting a sundae at the Ghirardelli outlet store but the $10.95 price was a dealbreaker. Instead we headed to the nearest Comfy Cow on the way back home. The $6.95 price for a regular sundae was more reasonable plus you get to choose the flavor of ice cream you want. To be truthful it was a wee bit to rich but still good. Sometimes a simple scoop of ice cream is sufficient to be honest. That being said Comfy Cow has the best ice cream in the city although the Frankfort Avenue location has more charm and ambiance.
A bit pricey for what we got. Team members seemed to be bothered by the fact that they had customers. It was snowing outside when we walked in for a scoop, maybe employees figured they would have no customers. Should have went to Dairy Queen for a blizzard, at least we would not have felt judged waiting in their drive thru. More than likely last trip to any Comfy Cow after this visit.
Went in on a Saturday night and it was great! My husband and I both had slices of the ice cream pie and they were both amazing. Can't wait to go back!
My nice night out with my family was ruined by the rudest customer service I've ever experienced in my life. I'm still shocked by it. I can't believe they hire a person like that. I will never eat Comfy Cow ice cream again.

Super creamy, giant scoops, and wonderful flavors. The Comfy Cow is a great place to grab some dessert with and for anyone.
Wanted something gooey, chocolatey, and sinful and decided to try Comfy Cow. Ended up with this incredible dessert(see photo). Satisfied all my cravings. Can't wait to go back and try their pies!
First time coming here for dessert & it was so YUMMY!Got the Bourbon Ball single scoop. Had amazing flavor. Will continue to come here, makes it worse living across the street from it ?
