Visited last week. Couple of family members got together to have a quick bite. Anyways, will not be visiting this establishment again! TGIF has fallen off( as in the food was horrible, and looked nothing like pics.in fact the food was wayyy different than what was on the menu)!! Plus the food was cold! Gave three stars because our server was awesome, and she recommended the Royalty LIT which was lit!! ? I left there with a nice buzz after two drinks.
I loved the ladies that were working and the food was great. The only thing I want a fan of were the potato skins.
The food is what you expect from a TGI Friday's, which is really pretty good standard American fare. I had the whiskey-glazed burger and it was great, cooked just the way I wanted it, and that glaze is awesome. The fries were okay, but nothing special.I also ordered the chips and salsa and while they were decidedly overpriced, the salsa had a smokiness to it that I really dug.Also, our server was great, very warm and welcoming and attentive, accommodating even though we were a bit of a problem party.My big complaint is that the place feels pretty rundown and a bit dingy. And the restroom was outright unpleasant. There's also the fact that we were there on a Friday night and the live music playing out on Fourth Street was loud enough to make the windows rattle and conversation difficult.
The Worst service hands down! Even though my food was done well. My server overcharged my card for $160. I was calm and understood mistakes can happen so long as they agree to fix it. Not only did she tell me it would be solved by the end of the night, but told me to simply call if its not resolved. That was 2 DAYS AGO. I have been calling non-stop, have been hung up on 4 times. Reached a worker twice and was told a manager was TOO busy to help me and will call me back. Not once have I received a call back and now they refuse to answer my calls. Rest assured this will be solved, so I guess I will have to go back up there to have them solve a problem they caused in the first place.
My wife ate at the restaurant and ordered an entrée to bring home. The order was the Whiskey Glaze Chicken Slammer Board. When I checked the box it was missing the coleslaw and the glaze sauce for the ribs. The ribs had no sauce on them that I could taste.The fries were undercooked and didn't even have the seasoning they were supposed to have. Of course my wife should have checked the order before she left the restaurant. Either way the service here is lacking in a big way! Maybe the service is bad because of the lack of employee's. Hopefully, their service will get better or they'll keep losing customers!
Can't comment. Attitude from the moment we walked in. No greeting from two standing at the pedestal. Then another woman came up and was much nicer but explained they had one server and one cook. Would we like to do take out. Sure I get it no problem. Directs us to the back and off we go. Well, that employee couldn't have had a worse attitude. I apologize we came to spend money to keep you employed. We left. And a hard pass on ever visiting this place. If you miss the sign, it's just "days"...
Food was good, but my friend didn't get her food til 24 mins after me....that's the only complaint
I usually dont have a problem but this visit was not great on 3/19/2022. After visiting there many times. One of the waitress has see me several times but proceed to ask for ID. I had to walk a couple of blocks to my car to get it. I'm in my 50's and didn't think it was necessary. I also had to ask another waitress for refills. The bartender was to busy talking to friends/family. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE AT ALL!
Apps were good. The mains were not. Super slow due to low staffing.
On their website it says they are open until 11pm but the closed at 9:00pm I don’t recommend eating here
