Haven’t been to Texas in months but decided to go again to this location. Was around 11:30am as they sat me by the bar section.I waited and waited for 5 min or so and looked over at the bar with 2 female servers talking to another employee, come to find out they were my server and I had to ask one to please take my order and let’s get it.Nothing like the attention to detail from the staff. The bake potatoes have now become very poor and ordinary as the cheese seemed very long and the taste of the potato wasn’t nothing special. My grilled boneless chicken breast was very good, and the steak fries aren’t bad either. The rolls aren’t the same rolls of 2 yrs ago, as those were small shaped with a nice yeast taste to them. The rolls today were large in nature and almost cooked to long as the tops of the rolls were to dark and hard. The rolls had no great taste either. At least they cinnamon butter never fails, one of the last items that’s a club favorite when we eat there.Hope the review helps.Thank you
I went to this Texas Roadhouse on Memorial Day, May 30, 2022. It was the most disappointing experience that I have ever encountered at a restaurant. My son, Granddaughter, and myself got there right as they opened. We were seated and placed our order. Four young people were seated behind us. One female and three males. They immediately started wrestling around, throwing napkins, and shaking the booth so hard that I could feel every move they made. My son asked them to stop and settle down and that is when they got more rowdy. I asked for the manager and explained to him what was going on and requested that he move them to another table. He asked me if I wanted to move and I said no, since we had been seated before them and already had our drinks and had placed our order. He said something to them and disappeared. It got worse from there. They kept up with the shameful behavior and got even louder. I asked one of the boys to please stop and the girl with them started yelling at me and insulting me. I am a 72 year old woman who was trying to have a nice dinner and this girl threatened to try and fight me. At that time I left the table to find the manager again to tell him I was going to call the police. He was the most disrespectful person that I have encountered. He said he was busy, since he had just opened and had other things to do, and he asked just why was I going to call the police. I would have thought that he would have tried to remedy a volatile situation than to treat the person being disrupted like dirt. Needless to say we left and did not get to have dinner. This man does not need to be managing a store if he cannot handle a problem. I will never eat at a Texas Roadhouse again and I certainly will let people know about this incident.
Pretty busy when we visited. But our wait time was only about 10 minutes. Service was great, very fast. Food was good but some of the steaks seemed mixed up. I think a medium rare and a medium were put on the wrong plate. Still five stars because it was a minor issue and the service was good. They kept the rolls coming, and even gave us an extra set of rolls to take home with our leftovers.
After doing a remodel on Texas Roadhouse my crew and I ate there. Their service and food is awesome.
Never disappointed!!! Our server was so sweet and on top of everything. We were celebrating our daughters 20th birthday and of course we embarrassed her, but everyone was amazing! Thanks again for a great night and wonderful meal!
Great service, friendly and on time with awesome food!
Service was great. The rolls weren’t very good. Pretty flat and fairly cold as if they had been sitting in the window waiting to be served for 30 mins or more. The steak was cooked very well and nice and tender. However, it lacked any seasoning. That flavor is a big part of what makes Texas Roadhouse steaks the best, and this one fell short of that expectation. Still enjoyed the meal and customer service of the waitress.
There were 3 adults and 4 kids in our party. We arrived mid-afternoon and were seated right away. Kids meals reasonably priced. The pork chops and sauce are excellent! Salads are always fresh!
Ordered curbside for our 7yr anniversary last nite at the Shelbyville Rd location, and let's just say, it was horrible..... One thing was correct, besides our drinks, that we also had to remind the young Lady who brought our order out, to go back in to get, since must've not checked order n first place.. when it's ur anniversary and u barely get anytime away from home, as it is, especially alone tgthr, it's sucks when one thing can ruin the whole evening... Compared to what we ordered, u can clearly see, our food, and what our issue is.. if u don't see silverware or napkins, it's because, we also, didn't receive any.. It isn't like we just wanted to loose $63.11??
Awful! Shelbyville Rd. Middleton Ky. Had name in , 45 minute wait. Fine. 1 hour later went inside to check. Hostess, who we later find out is manager is extremely rude. Half (3) of my party went to bar. 15 minutes until we were even acknowledged. Bartender makes drinks, leaves bar, another bar tender arrives. Still no one brings drinks. That bartender leaves bar, now we have 3rd bartender who we asked for drinks. She gives us 2 mixed drinks, no beer. We ask for beer and finally get it. This has all happened in 30 minutes. We finally get seated 2 hours later. The waiter Joel was wonderful. Worst experience at a restaurant ever!
