There are 800 volatile compounds within the coffee bean that contribute to its wonderful aroma and taste. When coffee is over roasted the roast profile over takes the varietal profile of the bean thus compromising the quality. Each bean coming from the many different areas they are grown should taste different. Of all the coffee in Louisville this is by far the best there is. Their roaster is a master roaster . His coffee roasting transcends the common mundane futility most suffer from and enters into pure art. I am absolutely convinced this is the best coffee Kentucky. If you love great coffee I heartily recommend it.
Not the fan of their lattes or mochas, but their chai lattes are good! Staff is always friendly. Always a random assortment of furniture which provides an interesting atmosphere that’s unique if you enjoy that sort of environment. Not necessarily my cup of tea

Eclectic environment, love the windows to see the roasters.Baristas were just “meh” they didn’t attempt to help/suggest drinks.The white mocha was ok, had a floral undertone.
