Might be the best donuts in Louisville, but you have to get there early, because they start running out.
Absolutely love, Sugar and Spice. Great donuts. Very popular so get there early on a Saturday! They run out of the classic flavors quickly!
Delicious donuts but they are always out of glazed donuts . They really should not run out so early on the weekends.
I used to ride my bicycle 40 years ago to the sugar and spice donut shop on Saturday mornings to get donuts. Donuts are still fabulous service was awesome employees were friendly. Just wish they could stay open a little longer and make a few more donuts
Had my first sugar and spice donut as a small child and now at 35, I stop back in for a dozen, but was met with a "hurry up and pick attitude." I looked around me and the other people were much older than me. The person behind the counter was too. Not sure why her attitude towards me was so negative and towards the other patrons so joyful, but it came off like she was judging me for my age. I even answered very clearly about what I wanted in my dozen, but she made it difficult to the point of arguing and that was very off putting. Now I can forgive this as many people go out in public ready to judge and with anger because the news pushes this. However, I would rather be treated like my business is appreciated. So, I won't be back. There are too many options with better customer service/appreciation... Still, the donuts are very good, although smaller than beforr.
I hope this was just a one time experience… my husband walk into the store, and as soon as he walks in the people behind the counter and another couple who were talking to them look at him like his going to steal something!! When he asked about the doughnuts he was told that they sold out!! This is Saturday at 9:30ish am.They didn’t even offer to get some of the doughnuts that they have in the fridge. Is a shame that we still have to deal with stereotypes when a person of a different race walks into a store!
I've gotten donuts here three times now. They always taste off. Dont know what it is but not good. This place is ran very unprofessional to.

Absolutely the best donuts I have ever had. They are so light and fluffy ,I tend to eat way more than I should ??Also the staff is always very friendly. Everyone should be trying these donuts!
My wife and I have been going to this donut shop for over a decade. You can call the donuts in on the night before and they usually have people answering the phone all the way up until midnight of the previous day to make sure that you can get your order in. They continually evolve and come up with new unique flavors as well. I really like how the staff takes the time to try to memorize your name and make you feel special when you come to place your order.
