I’ve been going to Sub Station II since I was a kid in the mid-90’s when my dad would grab lunch. It tastes exactly same. Absolutely delicious, fresh, and way more gratifying than Subway, Jimmy Johns, and Penn Station!
Incredibly good food! Maybe $2 more or so than an equivalent sandwich at Subway, but the quality of the sub is on a whole other level. The store doesn't look like much on the outside, but inside is nice. Pricing is clearly displayed. Ingredients, what is considered fully dressed and optional ingredients are all listed right at the cashier. Ordering/payment and receiving the sub is all done very efficiently and quickly. I regret not trying this place sooner.

I’ve had subs from this shop for over 43 years. Even got a sub or two when the place was closed but the owner, Chip, was there making a party sub for someone. You don’t go to the same place for 42 years if the food isn’t good.

We love the subs at sub station II, our very favorite of all sub, stop in when we go to Louisville, we live app 110 miles away, sure wished I put hot peppers on my sub

The service was awful !!! I ordered two subs and couldn’t even eat them due to the extreme amount of Mayo it made the bread soggy !!! I called and let them know and was told I needed to bring them right now but I’m at work ! I went there all the time but after the service I got on the phone they will never get my money again
This is a really good place to get a sub sandwich. They slice the meat fresh, daily. I prefer their sandwiches to Subway because they have better meats and fresh vegetables and ingredients.
