I love their chicken salad, but i have never had anything bad there. The lemon bars are to die for!!

Horrible experience…. Rude employees!! Not child friendly… subpar food… I had children there and was kicked out… our children are sweet and kind and were too loud for their liking with no other patrons in the building. Will continue to tell everyone about the horrible experience I had there today.
It had been several years since my last visit. At 1pm the staff seemed mildly annoyed at my questions. It was $15 for a corned beef sandwich. No sides, no pickle, just meat and bread. Soda cans were dusty.
I have never had so many problems at one meal ever. I was served a burnt sandwich which should have never been served to begin with. Then I found a hair in it as well. The sandwich was one piece of bread for $8.50 with maybe 1oz of topping, seriously?! They replaced it for something else but still, quality control. Then I almost finished my soup which was good until I found parchment paper in my mouth. As a former owner and manager of restaurants fix your food prep.
Great service. Good food. Corned beef was a tad dry, but the flavor and sandwich was good. Always a delightful atmosphere. Increased prices, as to be expected.
The only bad thing I can say about this place is their hours aren't great. About the only time I can get here is on Saturdays but it's ridiculously amazing. I love this place. A true NY style deli.
The closest thing Louisville has to a NYC deli. Fast service, great portions. The half and half combo is the best deal at $9.99.
Great authentic NY sandwiches. Had Billy's Brooklyn Ruben. They put the same quality and care into their sandwiches as Frascelli's does. 10/10 recommend to anyone
