We went to this Starbucks and went through the drive thru yesterday, 4/17/22, around 6pm. I don’t know the manager who was on duties name, but I do know that she was delightful! My husband jokingly asked for “all the coffee” as we were ordering because we had just survived a day at the zoo with our 5 children. She said she had just the thing for us and gave us a sample of nitro cold brew as we were waiting for our coffee to be made. Such a simple gesture, but it truly lifted our spirits and the coffee helped, too! Nice little caffeine boost that helped us with the 2 hour drive.So, wonderful management at this location! Truly was such a sweet soul.
It is a Hit or Miss sometimes your drink is made perfect and other you drink can be watery.

Best elaborate coffee in the country!! Best elaborate prices in the country!! But if you're a Starbucks fan; it's worthwhile!! Like a bargain priced famous therapist!! Don't knock it if you haven't signed up for their Starbucks Rewards Clinic!!
Great drinks. Wonder why almond milk is .70 more. It is not more expensive than regular milk?
The batista is very knowledgeable about drinks and how they are made. Drinks are a bit overpriced. The service is alway fast and friendly.the drinks alway taste great from this location.
Staffs are always friendly at this location. Very good Cafe Latte ? my favorite place in KY.
Around 5pm I ordered 2 coffees in drive thru and was met with a great smile from lady in window and she was very nice. It’s how they are at this location. Very nice no matter how busy and they were slammed.
Now I’m not usually one to complain about anything. But this is the second time I’ve gotten a drink from this specific Starbucks and it’s been half full. I thought it felt light but I was just imagining it… until I got home and popped the top and it was this… on top of it all it was SUPER bitter. Like inedible. For a white chocolate mocha… i don’t know if they just didn’t finish making it before giving it to me or what but it was a waste of money and time.
Maggie Skellie is the most wonderful Barista... and attention-oriented & attentive to every customer's needs! This person is exemptually awesome and an additional super-plus to this over worked and under-appreciated location off BLANKENBAKER PKWY inside the Louisville, KY eastside circle...Closing the other location was a huge mistake... and causing profit loss in the Louisville region. A smart Regional mgr would re-open the still dormant BLANKENBAKER-Shelbyville Rd location... or take advantage of other dormant locations on the Northside of the I-64/BLANKENBAKER pkwy interchange & exit... heavily populated, explored & [email protected]
