There were 3 baristas. We were greeted, placed our order, left a tip when it all went horribly wrong. The barista with the nose ring decided she couldn't handle working too hard so she decided to shut down the inside down. It was 12 noon when we received our order.We had just sat down when she started demanding we leave immediately because she said so. She would yell at us then mockingly say thank you and Happy Easter.We had ordered a Danish and 2 lattes and didn't think it would take us but 2 minutes to eat it so we tried to reason with her that we won't be needing anymore help and can we just finish our Danish.She turned up the heat and started yelling, "You need to GET OUT OF HERE!"Then her side kick came out from behind the counter and she joined in the yelling match. "You need to leave HERE NOW!!!!!"There were also 3 other customers inside but they were ONLY shouting at me and my disabled husband.We asked how is it that the other customers are being allowed to stay but we were not. Only then did they also demand that the others leave too.The guy in the corner said they were always that rude. He was used to it.After receiving our order we were inside for a total of 5-7 minutes. But we were being harassed the entire time by the girls not the guy.We called Starbucks Corporate and we're helped by a CSR. He told us we would hear from Corporate in 1-2 business days. It's day 3. Crickets.
Amazing service! Somewhat fast sometimes, sometimes slow. My only complaint is that when I order an iced coffee the mix is never separated like at other locations which took this review down 2 stars. Start making the drinks right please. Keep the excellent service.
Bathrooms could have used some attention, but the lobby area was clean and neat, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The people working there very nice just request no caramel in my coffee but I get with a lot of caramel
Shelbyville Road Middletown Starbucks only Starbucks that doesnt run out of items like other Starbucks in the east end. Kuddos to the employee that makes sure your store is well stocked.

The hours at this location are not consistent. There seems to be no rhyme or reason. One day I went through the drive through and they were closed and there was a sign that said they would close at 1pm from now on. But the next day and every day after they have been open past one. Sometimes it’s randomly closed with no explanation. And the product quality is also inconsistent. Very disappointing for a Starbucks.
Today at 1:30 PM this starbucks had a line out to the street and people kept pulling off. Turns out they just weren’t open…? Like what? Also a couple weeks ago they were closed randomly one afternoon but at least that time they had a sign. This time people waited in line and at the speaker for several minutes. Such an odd thing to just shut down a starbucks without a sign or warning leaving cars backed up into the street

I asked for pumpkin cream cheese muffin and spinach wrap warm. The muffin was very cold and the wrap was warm on the top but not inside
