I placed a mobile order and was going to go in and get it but I saw that there was no line in drive through or parking lot. Once I told the girl in the drive through, she said “since you just placed it it’s gonna take 5 minutes so you can pull around.” I figured that it would be the same as ordering it at the drive through. I think she was new, customer service here is usually good, but hers was terrible. Order placed on 7/17/22 at 5:15 pm.

Long line it drive thru, but it went quickly.
The people working are always very nice, but the drink are always wrong. I used to work at starbucks so i know how they should taste and every time i order from this starbucks at least one drink is made incorrectly. sometimes so bad i cannot drink it.

Terrible branch. The manager didn’t know how to reset the wifi when it wasn’t working. I don’t mean that he tried and failed which is ok. He didn’t even know how to come near that and was not apologetic even about the fact that their wifi was 100% not functional.
Went at 8:30 in the morning and this Starbucks was incredibly busy, I'm talking line wrapped all the way around the building and out to Brownsboro road busy. But its still only took me maybe 10 minutes to get through the drive-thru and get my order. Those kids are hustling! The staff was very friendly and the guy who gave me my food and drink even complimented my tattoos. What a nice way to start the morning!
