Ordering system is terrible. I ordered in the store and waited for 15 minutes while online orders kept coming in and being prepared. Where are these online customers? The drinks were stacking up in the pick up area. You should definitely utilize a better priority ordering system. Additionally, I asked for a simple two shots of espresso with milk. When I finally received my order, it had ice in it. At no point did I ask for this drink to be iced.
I enjoy Starbucks. I get the same thing everytime I go and normally it taste delicious. I don't understand though, how it can taste different if there is a recipe they go by. I went this morning before work, and my drink taste like straight oat milk. No espresso, no brown sugar, just oat milk. I didn't have time to go back and get it fixed. And for $6.31, I would expect it to be what I ordered.
Drive thru made my drink wrong yet again, So I go inside to get it fixed and the girls are not only rude but couldn’t even throw away the drink. She didn’t apologize after I told her I never said that and my receipt was correct. No reason for it to go that deep, you’re just making drinks. You mess up, you fix it. It’s a 7$ drink, of course I want what I paid for. Grow up.

Starbucks is Starbucks and we all know what Starbucks is. But this place they're really friendly, they have nice people that will take care of your stuff, without that look of impatience when you don't know what the hell you really want. And, I might add, they understand that when you're confused about what you want to drink they will nudge you in the right way, and you'll be happy.
