Everyone in here was absolutely delightful. Friendly, prompt, and the environment was perfect. I dropped in for a snack and the paradise drink which is amazing btw, and it was the best stop I made this morning. If I'm in the area again, I'll Def stop by this Starbucks. Thank you so much!

The most pleasant starbucks experience I’ve ever had. TJ was very nice and the entire staff worked very efficiently. The entire staff greeted me as I walked in and wished me a good day. It’s the small stuff that matters.

They are so caring and attentive! It has been a blessing to my day! I will definitely come back!!! Thank yall so much!

They don’t fill their drinks up all the way! Idk if your like me but if I’m paying 6.00 for a coffee I want it filled up!

The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The bathrooms had toilet paper everywhere and were not clean. Workers on their break were distracting workers that should’ve been making drinks. My drink that I ordered on the app took 20 minutes longer of waiting than it should’ve. People that ordered in the store 15 minutes after me got their drinks before me. Horribly run establishment. Get employees that don’t vape too.

I wish I could give this store negative stars. This Starbucks location is literally the worst ever, and I have been to a lot of locations. Half the time they close early or are out of everything. Don’t get me wrong, there are some super sweet baristas that work at this store, but there are more terrible baristas. Today I had the worst experience that just really put me over the edge. I waited 15 minutes past when my mobile order drink was supposed to be ready. As I stood in the store and waited not one barista asked me about my order, they just watched me stand there. When someone finally asked me my name and drink order he was super hateful and said check my receipt I may have ordered at the wrong store. He sighed and said I’ll just make your drink but I don’t have an order for that. Ok, not my problem? I made the order and had proof on my app. I said here is the receipt, he said “well, that happens.” And that was all, no apology. Every time I go to the store it’s always an experience like this. I get that they’re usually very busy, but you know that going into the job. Don’t even get me started about the terrible parking lot.

Staff completely ignored me while I stood there I stood there for a good 15-20 minutes I heard them say my name so I stepped forward they looked at me but still continue to ignore me 5 minutes later I walk out the building with my drink after speaking to the manager who said nothing but well they're busy we were out of that what can I make you. Absolutely ridiculous even after she told them to make my drink the girl making my drink spent a good 5 minutes checking off boxes on an iPad before she made my drink which ended up ultimately making me late for work. I stopped with plenty of time to get a drink and get to work they cleared out an entire drive-thru line while I was standing there that was wrapped around the building so those people made it to work.

I’ve been in several different Starbucks in the last week and none have had good service. This one was no exception. First of all, it is in one of THE WORST locations ever on Bardstown Rd in Louisville for a drive through. There’s only one way in and effectively one way out but the traffic in this particular area is horrible. On top of all that, the service is slow and lackluster. Not a good look and patrons shouldn’t have to accept bad service just bcz off the chain name. All in all this is the one of worst Starbucks in the city and I’ll try hard not to go back in there.
