Worst customer service. Experienced the rudest interaction of my life this morning. When my drink came out wrong, I was told by Mere that I was actually wrong. When I literally ordered two of the same drink and the first one being venti! So instead of just remaking the drink, she made the effort to refund me for the “grande” that I supposedly ordered and recharge me for a venti that was a .50 difference just to prove her point!!!!!! What happened to customer always right. I wasn’t even asking for anything free!

Not sure what's happening here but walked in at 902, order 2 croissants, walked out at 930 with them..Seemed a little excessive as the only people in the store were literally waiting for their orders. Wth's happinin y'all.
Order ahead on the app - they do a great job in person too, but it gets crowded during the mornings.
I asked for a frappucino but got a hot coffee... But it's Starbucks and it tasted delicious anyway, so I didn't care too much ? it was a very lively atmosphere, busy but not long waits. Clean and smelled great of course

If you are a parent it’s worth visiting this coffee shop for the restrooms alone. This place has the most sanitary bathrooms I have seen in a long time. The changing table is clean, has disposable clothes, a working safety belt. Oh and the coffee is good too. Five stars to the team.
Dine in available. This shop has no drive-through. Lots of outdoor seating.
Honestly I go there sometimes and I’m satisfied every time
The staff has never been snobby and actually quite nice, unlike many other Starbucks. Amazing coffee cake. However, they still do not have condiments put so you have to ask.
