I think we all should keep in mind, we ALL are short staffed. I’m thankful there are baristas working! I know it’s gotta be stressful with everyone depending on Starbucks for their morning *pick-me-up* and if that’s the case and you’re upset because “it’s too slow” then I think, making sure you leave in time, if you need to be somewhere at a certain time, it’s not their fault you’re running late or impatient, being impatient and *running late* is a personal problem—they all get there at 5 in the morning! I’m always happy with my coffee when I go, I don’t let myself get stressed out if the line isn’t moving as fast. Tip your barista! They deserve it!! If you don’t want to make your own coffee, show some compassion—aren’t we all in this together?

Great coffee but they only have two 4 top tables in the whole place Very difficult to meet with people for a quick mtg. The tables they do have are tiny and round so they can't really be used to make a bigger table in case you want to meet with more than one other person. Poor use of space.A lot of business gets done at Starbucks just not this particular one.Heine bros coffee has many more 4 tops

I waited 30 minutes on two drinks. Mind you, I am a Starbucks barista at another location but the vibe I received when I walked in was strange. There were stains all over the store and it seemed very hectic. Working a job that is high stress is not for everyone and one partner stood out to me. They had blue and green hair and was very rude to me when I simply complimented them. I later found out they were one of the managers and I couldn’t believe that someone with a higher role was not connecting with others and was being aggressive instead of leading their fellow partners and being kind to customers. One partner that was kind was Ryan. He was efficient and made nice conversation with me while taking my order. Since I’m familiar with the company I know that it can be a stressful environment, I understand staff shortages way too well. But I always strive to have a smile on my face even through those tough times and make sure the customers are happy. I just didn’t feel that way as a customer when I went to this Starbucks. I was disappointed, I hope no one has that experience.

Never had any issues here, everything is always good. This recent time I was cashing in a freebie drink and had some modifications and they followed all of them ☺️

Friendly atmosphere, large selection great hot and cold drinks, a decent pastries.

In the past I have regularly ordered from this location. However, there is an odd trend and it is not limited to the Starbucks. I travel quite a bit and I am accustomed to using the app to make orders. For the last several months, I have been unable to order any Frappuccinos using the app. Under the item it states, “sold out at this store”, and yet every time I can go in the store I can order from the counter with no issue. This has been happening to me for several months at locations over 5 states. Is there something about Frappuccinos where the baristas do not want to make them ahead of time?

Slowest drive through I’ve ever sat in for coffee. Takes 15-20 minutes every time I’ve been. They also consistently run out of cold brew by noon.

Most of the time quick and great service plus drinks. One of the best Starbucks in Louisville for sure.

Great coffee if you don't mind a wait

After waiting in the drive through line for 15 to 20 minutes I asked for a large Komodo Dragon coffee. Normally this is a pour over, which is still great, I will wait. The store manager gets on and claims it's currently taking 45 minutes to make coffee. She then womansplains how to make pour-over coffee and says that will take 20 minutes. Myself and anyone else that have made pour-over coffee before knows she was blatantly lying. She said I'd have to come in the store of I wanted my coffee after already waiting 20 minutes at this point. For time reasons I had to accept what they had pre-made and had been sitting there for who knows how long.HELP - LOOKING FOR A PLACE THAT WILL SELL YOU A PLAIN COFFEEEvidently all starbucks sells these days is sugar, with a little bit of coffee. I'll visit again the next time I want to start my path towards heart disease or diabetes.
