I placed a pick up order at 11:16, and was still waiting at 11:30. The manager with blonde hair was just strolling around instead of helping her employees pick up the pace and knock out orders. Employees were not moving like the had several orders to make. Usually this place is good for prompt service even during the rush but this visit was disappointing. Slowest service I’ve ever gotten from Starbucks.
Great service as always from a Starbucks but the location and their drive thru is the reason for their 3 stars.
Great staff hardworking people always kind no matter what.... I have been getting coffee and food from the Starbucks for almost 20 years and they are exceptional please take care of your staff wonderful human beings they are...
Terrible customer service drinks were made wrong and watery ingredients missing out of the drinks had to actually call corporate I do not recommend this store. If I could give it negative stars I would
The lady work n drive thru she is very rude n she don’t hear any thing in outside I repeat my order stills 3 time after order not well one more time is my bad experience in this Starbucks thank you n appreciate for your service

Always perfect coffee & espresso. Costs more but it's friendliness & quick service that counts for me personally when getting a cup in the early mornings.
The two hot chocolates I received were very weak and diluted in taste, although they did give me a complimentary coupon to replace it with.
As I walk in a customer is checking out.. the cashier turns and walks away.. about three minutes later.. a barista asks me if I've been waited on.. takes my order.. 10 minutes later I walk up and ask will it be long on my drink.. she says.. oh it's coming up ina few minutes. I kindly as for a refund.
Nothing like a warm cup of coffee on a cold winters morning. I placed a mobile order, and selected the wrong location, but they were able to make my order the way I like it anyway. That's the service I appreciate the most.
