We pulled up at the drive tru and we didn’t know the flavors when we asked we were rudely told that we can’t not use that or that’s not a smoothie I’m never coming here in my life again cause it boils my blood they would say that to my grandpa almost felt like getting out and cuss out the man who said that terrible place smoothies weren’t even worth the time or money.
This is my 3rd bad experience with this store , last time I placed an online order & couldn’t get it because all of the employees quit . This time I placed another on line order & went through the drive thru to get it & it wasn’t ready 35 min after the order they tried to bring me someone else’s order & I asked about mine & the employee told me to not get an attitude. I asked for a refund through the locked door & they told me to go through the drive through that was now 5 cars deep . I called & asked to cancel my order & they told me I had to do it through the app . The Indiana store is great , this store has the worst customer service & worst employees .
What's wrong with this store is the management. Worked here for 4 months only had one day off. Was yelled at by management for taking one off day. Then when I quit they decided to not to give me my check. Horrible management this is why they can't keep GMs.Editing... Still have not received check and I am calling my lawyer. DONT SUPPORT A BUSINESS THAT TREATS THEY EMPLOYEES THIS WAY. horrible company.
It's been a whole week still no check. Horrible management. Worked 4 month with one day off and this is how I am treated because I quit for a better job for my family. This franchise is horrible on how they treat people. This store will never run correctly because of upper management. No GM will stay to get yelled at and mistreated.
Dixie locations is improving. I used to think Bardstown road was the best. But lately they have stepped it up.
Literally complained about every smoothie I’ve purchased at this location. Figured the first couple of visits were one-offs, not the case. Don’t even get me started on the staff. Save a trip, visit the Highlands location.
We sat in line for 20 minutes before even getting to the window. One car in front of us. The only reason we waited so long is because we couldn't drive around the car in front of us. We ended up leaving without our shakes. The people in front of us only got 2 shakes and there were at least 4 employees in the window.
Drove 30 mins to this location because it was closest, just to find out they were closed with the doors were locked at 6pm, 3 hours before it says they are supposed to close while they still have the open sign lit up.
It's impossible to get an order placed or filled, even when they are open with no line. You can sit at the drive through and they will still just ignore you. Sit at the menu and ask to place your order and if you're lucky someone responds within 5 minutes but often they never do.
My son didn't know what he wanted. The staff asked about what he likes, what activities he has today, and made a perfect recommendation for him. Thanks!
