Their online ordering is never available anymore, which I always loved because it allows me convenience while on lunch to avoid standing in line.
As an ubereats driver I occasionally pick up from here. I came in to pick up an order and while I was there I also needed to use the ladies room. I asked the young lady after I explained I was picking up an order could I use the ladies room. She told me its not a public restroom. I'm a driver from ubereats I'm helping your business out and I can't use the bathroom. She said in a nasty way no. So as customer I will never spend a dime in your business. I will continue picking up your orders. But as a customer I don't do business with nasty people. Learn some customer service to all your customers.
They gave me the wrong smoothie..but it wasn't bad.

TRY SMOOTHIE KING IN ST. MATTHEWS OR NEW ALBANY FOR MUCH BETTER SERVICE.
Tried something different outside of the classic Caribbean Way and Strawberry Kiwi Breeze; I tried the Lemon Strawberry, and let me tell you, it's perfect.
This location was super clean, the employees were friendly and I was in and out in like 3 min.

I'm done with Smoothie King after being a loyal customer for years. I drive 20 minutes out of my way and when I arrive y'all closed when Google says you're open. Which means I drive 40 minutes to get nothing and waist time. I've done this at least 6 times in 6 months. Between the Bardstown and Shelbyville rd. Stores idk who is worse. I'm done with all Smoothie Kings!!! You guys have really disappointed me lately!!!
Would always spend 15 to $20 a week there....but they became a follower and put a big picture of Brianna Taylor in the window.... I actually spoke to the owner about this and it was still there last time I checked
