I went in today to only 2 people working the store - 1 on register and 1 in the kitchen. We had a large order of 10 meals. She let us know it would be at least 35 minutes before our order was ready. We didn't have a choice but to place the order as it is for our office. She let us know she would help the guy in back get caught up and be right back to place our order. A line formed during this time. After taking our order she was kind enough to inform everyone in line of the 35 minute wait so they had time to make other plans. I could see people being upset... but she was actually very professional for letting them know. She went to the kitchen, caught up the previous orders and helped get ours together as well. She bagged it all made sure we had drink carriers and finally got a moment to breathe. She handled herself and the flow of the restaurant well. Thank you for taking care of us! The food was excellent as well. Colorado burger with smash fries ???
If I could rate this less than 1 star I wouldn’t think twice! When my burger arrived I lifted up the bun and the burger was SO small, it covered only HALF of the bottom bun. I tore the bun off to cover the size of the burger. (The 2 pieces you see to the right). I didn’t bother eating the top bun because who wants to eat a bun?? This place was HORRIBLE from the lovely attituded laced man at the counter who CLEARLY didn’t like his job. The fries were average. Some were cold. Some were mixed in with fresher ones. Just an overall really really disgusting meal! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN ANY SMASHBURGER AGAIN! Don’t waste your time or your money. It’s a ripoff.
Food was good. Had to change my order because it seemed like they were running short on a few items like avocados and peppers for 2 different signature items. Was given a single even though I ordered a double. They made it right, but it prolonged my visit when I was already short on time.
No ice for fountain drinks. Kelly (employee) did not inform customers of this fact prior to ordering and refused refund. When informed about the lack of ice he informed me that there, "was no ice in the entire store". When I questioned him; "Don't you think it would have been a good idea to inform the customers of this prior to ordering?" To which he replied, "Maybe".
Was not before ordering that there was no ice for drinks. Would not refund money for drinks.
I went tonight with my mom and my daughter. I used to really really love smash burger. But it has gone down hill soooo bad. The workers there never get anything right and it must be a high turn over. I get that people make mistakes sometimes but it never fails here. Something is always always messed up. Our burgers where cold, the cheese wasn’t even melted and the fried where cold too. How do you order a burger that gets grilled and it’s not even warm? I don’t know if I’ll go back anytime soon. I have tried many times and it just gets worse every time I go. Not worth the 40 dollars we spent.
The fries were definitely not my favorite and neither was the smash burger sauce. The burger was good but not the best I've had. I like five guys better. It took forever to get the food as well.
We ate lunch at Smashburger. I was relieved that they offered gluten free buns. However, they do not have a dedicated fryer for gluten free fries. That didn't bother me as I am not so sensitive that I need a separate frier.We ordered 2 double bacon smashburgers, a gluten free avocado bacon melt, regular fries, sweet potato fries, and smash fries. We thought the burgers were decent, slightly better than standard fast food; the fries were quite delicious and crispy.

I ordered my food on line at 11:57 am for 3:15. Got there at 3:19 food not ready. Complained to manager, he's too busy on his cell and going to lunch himself he offered to buy. I declined because that was not the point. The point is if I called in my order so early why is it finally done at 3:40!! Late back to work and not to mention when I first got there they told my order wasn't paid for. I paid online. Took 5 minutes to figure that out
