Food was way overpriced comparing to the service was received. Was cold and out of seasoning. I did not want to have bacon and I asked if I can substitute it with mushrooms? They wanted to charge me more. I was like, but the bacon I did not want cost money as well. They do not offer military discount just like the most of the restaurants on the terminal.
Burgers, mmm, quality stuff. I like it here, excellent food & service. Staff treated us so nice. This place has a cool feel to it. This place has good reviews for a reason.

Service was slow ( Louisville Airport), Kiosk didn't print out receipt, causing the person behind me to add his order onto mine. Bacon cheeseburger didn't have bacon, and drinks were not given with order. Just an all out bad experience for a first time Smashburger customer.
What good does it do to order from a computer (another way to improve the bottom line and eliminate jobs without giving so much as a single dime to the consumer) if it doesn’t give you a receipt?
Had their breakfast egg sandwich with tater tots. Not bad no picture because I ate it.
Very good burgers here they offer gluten free buns
You can go anywhere else and get better food for much less! Way too expensive and I can't believe they're making money
Good bread and good meat and the fries are tasty too. Made to order which is really good and a quick place to grab a bite if you are waiting for a flight on the B concourse.
