I usually love sister beans but haven't been able to have them in a while due to wonky times of operation but today I was so excited to finally get some! After my 35 mon wait to get 3 coffees, the lady didn't put my coffees in the drink carrier firmly and one spilled all over me and my car - after watching this happen the lady disappeared from the window. Another lady comes up and I told her what happened and that I'd like another one and she tried to make me repay for my drink. I will not be back. Such a shame

My favorite local coffee shop! It feels impossible to walk away unsatisfied. Love a frozen hazelnut mocha or a hot apple cider, but you can't beat those fresh pastries and baked goodies either. They really do nail fast and friendly service, the two best sides to any coffee pick up
Drink was exceptional. Service was not good. They didn't know what to do when I ordered an espresso dopio... Tried to explain... How did I feel like the idiot? Because they made me feel like that... Worst coffee shop I've been into in Louisville for sure. An I have a deep love for coffee. Used to be a barista and a trainer.
This is one of my two favorite coffee shops in Louisville. But will you guys ever be open past two or three? You've got a lot of fans that aren't early birds That would love your product.

Tasted great only thing we kinda had a problem with was the brownies and Danish we got was 100% frozen. So we had to wait for them to thaw out. When they did they wasted like the same ones we get at Sams:( but the frozen hot chocolate and hot hot chocolate was super fresh and tasted amazing
