Refreshing updated look ! ( a year-old; my bad for not being there, but that will change!) Delicious sweet and sour broth in 'Simple Greens'! One of the best broths I have tasted.

Really like that only 2 people were serving multiple tables. Our server with the beard was genuinely trying to serve everyone. 5 stars for himThe food was 'Meh'. We were a party of 4. Had 3 rice dishes (2 veg and 1 non veg). The non veg had what seems like crumbs of meat. Portion was big enough but was lacking in substance (meat in the non vegetarian) to a point where we didn't find a single Bamboo shoot where the description said it would.I am all for supporting local, but I'll think before I make another trip

I hate leaving low star reviews, but I would be lying if I said I thought this place was good. It’s very nicely decorated inside; which I believe it was just recently renovated? The food unfortunately does not match the interior…I knew when the waitress was bringing our food and I saw the enormous plate of fried rice, that it was going to be incredibly average & bland. I will say that the pad Thai was a lot better, but I still have tasted better Pad Thai elsewhere. Good service though. Our waitress was sweet.

We are new to the area and are still figuring out our go to delivery options and Simply Thai is now at the top of the list! The heat (spice) adjustment on our entrees was perfect and most importantly, the heat (temperature) was also perfect - the food was so tasty and didn’t require any heating. Also, the portions were large enough that now I don’t have to worry about what I need to cook tomorrow, either! Highly recommend. In addition to the entrees being excellent, the salad was fresh (no sad lettuce).

Great food. Never had thai food before until my brother took me. Now I'm hooked.

This used to be one of my Thai staples in the city. Favorites were the curry puffs, and the basil fried rice.I took some friends for their first time recently (April 2022), and I had one of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had. We were the first table seated at opening and 50 minutes later still didn't have our appetizers. When the server finally came by to tell us our food would be out in five minutes, we asked about the appetizers. The server rushed over to the kiosk and began frantically pushing buttons, leading us to believe he forgot the appetizers.Ten minutes later, the appetizers hit the table.Twenty minutes after the appetizers arrived, the food came. My curry had a skin over the top where it had been sitting, and was merely warm instead of hot. Other diners at the table said their food was cold, and the sauce on the spiced shrimp had even started to dry out. We asked to see a manager and explained the situation. She offered to "reheat" the shrimp, which only makes them rubbery. We declined and the manager eventually offered to give us half off of the bill. When the bill arrived, the appetizers had a note of "RUSH" on them, confirming suspicions they were forgotten. Sadly, instead of explaining the mistake to us, the server appeared to favor avoiding the table instead.

First time visiting last night and it will definitely not be our last. The food, and Alexis B, were fantastic. Our only regret is that we didn’t discover it sooner.

The food is delicious (my group had level 4 pad Thai with chicken--pictured, level 3 pad Thai with tofu, and loaded rice with beef), portions are generous, staff is polite. If you really like spicy food, get at least level 4. Level 3 is pretty mild for me. I'd call this a 4.5 rather than a 4 star rating. The only criticism I have is that it took a really long time to get our food, without communication from staff. We got a similar complaint from a coworker at another table and we watched several other tables get their food even though they ordered well after us. It wouldn't have been a big deal but we were between meetings at work and had to rush. I wouldn't let it stop me from going back and will add a 5th star if they are more timely (or at least more communicative) next time.

I've been there twice and yet I have the same complaint. I ask then for double egg and I see there is no egg in the fried rice I ordered. In addition I felt 4/5 was not spicy earlier and I asked for 5/5 this time and specially mentioned to have it spicy but no change. Absolute waste of money. I am never ever going to this place again

I have been coming here for years. Always good service and good food. They recently remodeled and it turned out looking fantastic. It really adds to my experience when I dine in. I recommend this restaurant to anybody I know looking for good Thai food.
