Great food, great service.
This is such a cute, funky little place. It's a mash up of different vibes and we loved it for that reason! You get some industrial feel from the exposed ceilings. A romantic, soft feel from the lighting. A vintage feel from the tall ceilings. And I haven't even talked about the food. The seafood fondue was AMAZING and so worth the price. We each had a burger and fries as well and they were delicious too! Our server was also incredible, so nice, and had great suggestions/commentary about the food options. This is now on our list of regular rotations!
We ate here on our vacation to Louisville. The atmosphere was great and the service and food delicious. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. We will definitely return on our next visit. The only con is no near parking. We had to pay $20 to park in nearby parking garage.
This is strictly a review about the best fried bologna sandwich in Louisville better known as The Alternate Juror. For $11 you receive the largest stack of thinly sliced fried bologna sandwiched between a really good toasted bun. They throw beer cheese on top just to make this sandwich even more special. I’ve had it with it without the beer cheese, either option is amazing. If you opt out of the beer cheese, go ahead and use this pro tip…add mayo. There’s plenty more offered at Sidebar, but I know a good thing and The Alternate Juror is my sandwich for life.
The food was unbelievable, their sweet potato fries with chipotle aioli have an amazing flavor. The pretzel with beer cheese is a MASSIVE portion, and the best I’ve ever had. The burger was also perfect (forgot the name, but it had tomato jam and bacon). The staff is super friendly. I’m just sad I don’t live in Louisville, I would go there weekly for sure.
Great selection of Bourbon Whiskey! The location is across from the Yum Center and was across the street from the CourtYard. We had the hamburgers and they were pretty good, but if you don’t like any pink be sure to tell them. We will go back.
Great atmosphere and great burgers and selection of food! The Whiskey flight had a diverse flavor profile and I enjoyed the different aromas and notes from each of the selected whiskey options.Our waitress and waiter were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable in their recommendations of whiskey based upon our choice of drinks.
Great food and service. Yummy burgers. Yummy Cajun fries. Fast and friendly service. Lots of bourbon to choose from and much more. Great location and easy to find.
Food and drinks were great. Our server was excellent. It was very busy for 7pm on Saturday night, but the food and drink didn’t take long at all.
Probably one of the best burger I've had. Truffle fries were amazing as well. If you like Parmesan cheese.
