Great ? food. Would recommend if you haven't had try it . Will definitely be returning.
We Ordered food tonight. After and hour and 20 min wait we asked where our food was. They lost our order. Instead of making our order a priority they just refunded MOST of my money saying they were closing early. They still charged me for my sodas instead of making that right and said “That’s how we do business “. They also kept my tip on top of it! Do not recommend this place at all!!
Got a salad Great service and food.
Cons:Baked ziti was inedible. The sauce smelled, looked and tasted like salsa and the pasta was mushy. No ricotta in the sauce. I had asked about that when I ordered and was told yes.The “award winning” bourbon glaze pizza was soggy and limp with a few pieces of that precooked and pre sliced quasi-grilled chicken chicken on top. Also the cheese was oddly tough. Like chewy tough.Expensive. With tip, the inedible pasta and pizza set me back $35 plus tip.Pros:The lady I spoke with was nice. The food was hot, inedible, but hot. They delivered it in 45 mins just like they said they would.
When I saw Sicilian pizza and pasta I was excited. I was really craving some spaghetti. I thought Sicilian oh, this is wonderful. This is going to be tasteful. It was anything but. I might as well have went to CVS and bought some pasta and spaghetti sauce. Mixed it together and ate it. It would have been tasted better. The cashier was very nice. I do give her that. The inside of the restaurant was also clean. They had a good selection , although I don't know how the food tasted. I ordered spaghetti and salad. I wanted garlic added to my spaghetti which it did not have. The salad just looked mediocre. I didn't end up eating the salad nor did I finish my spaghetti. I ate enough until I was satisfied and that was it. The entire meal cost around $10.45 so I didn't waste that much money. If you're in a bind and are on a budget then you can try this restaurant. If you have money to spend, then go to the Old Spaghetti Factory around the corner.
I ate at Sicilian Pizza on my recent visit to Louisville. The restaurant was busy, but they did a good job keeping up with the crowd. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pizza was good. We ordered a supreme pizza and a Philly Steak Pizza. Both pizzas were very good. The crust was cooked just right. There was a good amount of toppings. We enjoyed our meal. I can recommend Sicilian Pizza.
This pizza is the best pizza we've had in a very long time. Delicious, fresh, hand tossed crust that even those who don't eat the edge will eat it! Tastes so good. We ordered 4th Street Bourbon pizza and the ultimate Supreme. Both were excellent. I was amazed at the amount of toppings! I wish we lived closer because I would order it often.
We came to Louisville for the Tool concert Friday night. We knew we wanted to explore downtown. I was craving some good Italian authentic pizza and came across this place! We ate like kings! Everything was delicious and it was fairly priced. We will for sure go back there when we visit Louisville again! Highly recommend for sure.
Just stopped by here for lunch for the first time. Although I just got a to-go order, the service was fast! The restaurant itself was clean and had a nice vibe to it. I ordered the ravioli and it came with a salad and a breadstick. All of it was excellent. Will definitely return.
Traveling for a living and only in town for the night, we decided to get a light meal, mine turned out to be really light. These people have no idea what they are doing. If you didn’t read the title of my review let me emphasize…DO NOT waste your time or money, the opposite of Nike…don’t do it. My friend and I arrived around 620pm and ordered our food. We sat down and we’re on the same ticket. My friends Stromboli came out in about ten minutes, additionally, food for everyone who came in the restaurant from 620 to 700 got their food. I queried the girl at the register and she told me they were backed up. Basically, after 40 minutes we were ready to leave and I asked for a refund, and low and behold my meal shows up. I told the server/cook, whomever he was, that we were leaving and did not want it…to late, we needed to leave. The cashier said she was instructed to refund $8 of my $18 bill. I asked for the manager and she came out, she said nothing to me, opened the register and started counting money. When asked, she said she was refunding my pasta, I told her I was not tipping her to not serve me any food, and she shoved $2 in my face and said for me to take my business somewhere else next time, which in reality she didn’t have to worry about., now you see what I am dealing with. The service and attitude was beyond bad, the manager is an idiot and extremely RUDE. ZERO, absolutely ZERO, customer service, no “I’m so sorry” or “what can we do to make this right” THERE WAS NOTHING. Her incompetence and incompetent staff became my problem. I can’t really speak to the food, but my friend didn’t say anything about his dish, so read into that what you will, Karen. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I, like most people work hard for my money and do not deserve to be treated with disrespect or receive such incompetent service. I think this is my first negative review, I hope it saves you time, aggravation, and money. On a lighter note there is a Mediterranean restaurant a couple doors down that is excellent, authentic, friendly, and values customer service. Enjoy.
