Two of us ordered kids meals (small eaters) that included 1 white fish piece with no bread, fries and small drink. Beverages are self serve that are Pepsi, Tropicana pink lemonade, Mt. Dew, diet soda a few others. The white fish is a thinner fish, cornmeal breaded so if you like a thicker fish, choose the Cod. They also serve shrimp and fried green tomatoes! You can google the menu on line too. Expect to wait about 10-12 minutes for your meal because its all fresh fried. Oh, the potato salad is a sweeter mustard base, very nice! The place is clean with a coastal atmosphere, friendly service and we definitely will return! These two meals were between $14-15 for both. ?

Great seafood at reasonable prices. Sides are mediocre, but how good the seafood is makes up for that in spades. Banana pudding is also good. Open on Mondays, when most seafood restaurants are closed.

Outstanding!! Hard to find places like this. The food was made fresh to serve. Perfectly battered and fried and served hot and fresh. Two of us have food allergies and the gentleman behind the counter was so kind and professional and reassured me our orders would be fried with only cornmeal and separately; he spoke to the kitchen to ensure no flour would cross into our food. Those of us with allergies and sensitivities are so appreciative of the extra steps to ensure our health and safety. Truly a hidden treasure here in Louisville and some of the best fried fish I’ve eaten in a long time. The restaurant was clean and fairly busy, few minutes to wait for your made to order. They offer a few booth seats, and couple of tables all indoors.

Great service, friendly atmosphere and very good seafood. Top notch catfish, shrimp, cod and perch. It's a staple of my dining out.

Was very disappointed. Almost no fish inside the breading and very small pieces to be whitefish. Wanted fish for Lent. Coleslaw was good fries were alright. Was my first time and will probably be my last

The food is pretty good. The seasoning could be better. But the frying is good. The customer service is okay depending on who you get.The young guy at the cash register is nice. But the older guy and the guy cooking the food is not. There have been time when coming into order they shake their heads and eye roll.Which is very weird and not sure why ?‍♀️... We stopped going for a while because of that, and just recently went back to give it another chance.. The food was okay, a couple of wings when broken apart was weird on the inside and the customer service was still not the best.. so that will be our last time going...A lot of restaurants need to understand that customer service is a huge part of business too and is also important. I can understand ppl have not so good days and the food might not be on point everytime... But when it's like that more times than not I'll just take my business elsewhere..

It was the best cod, I've had in Louisville!!! It was hot, crispy and so delicious!! We also had hush puppies, fries and the best fried green tomatoes and fred mushrooms!! We will definitely be going back, over and over again!! Highly recommend SHARKS, especially if you want te best seafood in Louisville.

Fire gotta catfish sandwich on rye n hush puppies its good but next time ima try sumthan differ

Sharks is expensive and the portions are small, but it's good. I think the prices have gone up and the portions smaller since they moved from Seventh St. (and not b/c of COVID-related issues), but it's one of the few places to get decent perch in this neck of the woods, so when I have a craving, Shark's doesn't disappoint.I do wish they'd give more than six fries with an order. Yes, I'm exaggerating, but not by much. They're stingy with everything -- ask for ketchup, you may get two packs; ask for napkins, you may get two.Customer service is always A-1. Portions are SO small given the prices and that's what keeps me from giving it five stars.

Visit for the first time on 1/25/22. I was not impressed at all. The fried green tomatoes were good; however, the chicken wing pieces were overcooked and hard.
