This place is great! Friendly service with a smile every time I’ve come in, even when they’re busy they get your order ready fast and efficiently! Other than that they have a great selection of drinks & toppings, very clean & nice atmosphere!
Being a tea lover couldn't wait to try Sharetea. We stopped in and were instantly greeted. Friendly, helpful staff answered our questions and made suggestions. I loved my thai tea and will definitely be back to try more of the menu.
Regular sweetness means that you will feel sugar gritting between your teeth. Was too sweet to be drinkable. Boba was not fresh and clumped together in uneven shapes as well. Flavor of tea itself was okay besides that however. I wouldn't recommend, but it may be better if you get 30% or 50% sweetness?
I got Thai tea with 30% sweetness,normal boba, and less ice. It was absolutely lovely. The perfect refresher for my day and exactly what I wanted. There was a fair amount of variety in the menu. The boba was a lovely texture and temperature. I would visit again. :)
I’ve heard of Sharetea for a while now so I decided to give it a shot as I was passing by. I got the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea and, while it wasn’t the best brown sugar bubble tea I’ve had, it wasn’t bad. The boba itself is a bit more on the chewy side, but the flavor is pretty good. I got light ice and 80% sweetness but will probably get 100% next time! For being a brown sugar drink definitely wasn’t as sweet as I was expecting it to be.Next time I go I would love to try one of their more fruity drinks. They had a good number of options to choose from!The staff were really nice, and they weren’t that busy when I went, but a few customers trickled in after I got my drink, so it’s a place people like to go. The space inside was cute and a lot bigger than I thought it was going to be. They definitely have the ability to accommodate larger groups!Overall a decent place, not my favorite boba place, but still good!

The wonderful staff helped me and my mother with our order, helping us figure out what we would like best and explained how to order at their store. They helped us both pick a drink we both really like.The drinks are delicious and they have a wide range. The boba is well made and they have different variations of it.The store is also super cute. Totally worth it!!!! I will definitely be going to try more!!!
I've been to the other location of Sharetea several times and had the opportunity to visit this one. I'm happy to say the quality and service are just as perfect.Sharetea is one of my favorite places to get unique drinks. They have plenty of flavors to choose from and give you a variety of surprises for a long time to come. And there are great options for sweetness levels, ice levels, and fun things to add to your drink.Sharetea is a must for when we visit Louisville!
Ordered a $4.95 Happy Family no red bean no pudding so they charged me $6.50 for a drink to add all things separate and when I asked about it they first told me they could only remove so many things but when I advised that I order this drink all the time at share tea and was then told they can’t give refunds. Terrible customer experience!
