Something new for me... first time. Great customer service. Ordered online, food was prepared and ready for pick-up, easy & convenient, nice. I did pay extra for the pepperoni on pizza though not sure if that was on my pizza or not, by the time realized already at destination no time to turnaround ask and correct, inconvenient. Overall okay experience, food was okay.
Usually I love this place but the lady and the drive-through today was absolutely horrible...
These restaurants are few and far in between these days. I love this restaurant and I’m always happy to see one in my travels. This store didn’t have their lobby open today. That’s the worst thing I can say though. Drive thru was quick. The woman answered my questions and got my order correct. The food was hot and fresh. I was happy I selected this place. I hope to be back by again soon.

Wonderful meal (as always). Wish they'd put more in OH. We drove over 2 hours to go to this location. The manager insisted on giving us a complimentary Cinnabon because they took a while for our food. We were chatting away and hadn't even noticed, but I appreciate the concern for their customers.
Drive-thru service is good. The sandwich bread and ingredients were fresh. The prices are higher than expected. Almost $8 for a medium veggie sandwich and it was mostly chopped lettuce.
Best tomato basil soup I ever ate, and the smoked turkey sandwich really good too.

I stop here every time I’m back in this part of East Louisville and they have the best sandwich that I love. I believe it’s the number one Schlotzsky’s original I suggest you try it so good
This little restaurant serves fresh-made deli style sandwiches. Their food is delicious!!! I would definitely eat here again.
