The flaming rolls were exciting to watch and new for me and not too hot. Had to try the Louisville Roll because first time having sushi in Kentucky and I liked all the ingredients. It was delicious. I’d definitely go back. And the staff were so kind and friendly. Definitely recommend!
We love the fried rice and their sushi rolls! The surfing turf, thunder over Louisville, And spicy tuna are amazing!The service is always great and fast
Not like it used to be… They removed the grill so it’s sit down only. I ordered a steak and chicken I asked for my steak to be medium but it came out well done and extremely chewy. The chicken was not very tender either.. When you get fried rice it is very bland and has no taste at all seems like they just threw some vegetables in the steamed rice. Overall I will not be returning here. For the price your better off going to kansai where the food is 100x better. I really used to like Sakura blue but like I said before this place is going down hill

Not only is the food was wonderful but the people who work there are so nice. The second time I went there I walked in about 5 min before they closed for the afternoon prep. The lady was nice enough to not only take my last minute order but to offer me a water while I waited. When I got home I even had an extra sushi roll. Kind people and a wonderful experience.
Cute little restaurant. Staff very friendly. Prices are great for the amount of you offered. Wide variety of different types of sushi, fried rices, rolls, etc. Fresh and delicious ?

We celebrated our sons birthday. We had a very polite and friendly waitress. She made sure that our visit was a positive experience. The food was great, hot & to order. Will we return yes! Make sure & bring your appetites!
Got meal to go only to get home ,take a bite And biting down on egg shells. I called them and they say it’s nothing they can do about it cause they closing and they will give me double fried rice next time .NO I DIDNT ORDER FRIED RICE I ORDER CHEFS CHOICE HIBACHI …
