We sat at the Bar. Maranda was our bourbon curator and food export. She makes an awesome Old Fashion and offers great food suggestions, We will defiantly be back as fork Maranda
Great service. The managers are like hosts at their own dinner party - it is difficult to find a better welcoming atmosphere. The combination of great food, outstanding service and ambience canât be beat. No wonder you need to book so far in advance!

For the $$ paid for the dinner, 3 steaks were ordered medium rare and 2 came out med well-well done. Too much money for mess ups like that Appetizers and key lime pie were amazing though
I expected Repeal to be busy because of advertisement on OpenTable and Yelp, but reservations were not needed for brunch on a Sunday at 11:15AM. This restaurant is part of Hotel Distil next door which we did not realize and was not advertised. Our server was extremely slow. It took us 20 minutes to receive our first cocktails, and another 20 minutes after to order brunch, which was only because I asked if we could order food because service was taking so long. The server disappeared several times and random wait staff came over to us to bring normal items like salt and pepper, drink refills, serving utensils, and ketchup. Again, the restaurant was dead, so Iâm not sure where our server disappeared off to, but there were maybe 5 tables being served at the time we were there. There were also other wait staff at other tables during our time, so not sure if we just got a bad server. However; for a $22 shrimp and crab sandwich, a $25 crab cake and three (3) $12 cocktails, this was a disappointment. From someone who used to serve tables, maybe donât take 20 minutes to deliver 2 drinks when youâre dead and 40 minutes to ask for your brunch order.

Excellent service. Seated immediately and greeted by host. Steaks were amazing, side dishes were delicious. Scallops were a little rubbery and won't order again but definitely one of the nicest dining experiences we have had in Louisville. Will absolutely recommend and return for dinner. Top notch!
