Cool little local coffee shop/bakery with a drive thru on the corner of Lexington Rd and Payne Street.☕ ???

My boyfriend and I decided to swing by this morning to try for the first time. We used the drive thru window and if there's more than 3-4 cars, it would be a little tight on space. He ordered a small iced amaretto latte and I got a large lucky charms latte. We spent a little under $12 between the 2 beverages. Mine didn't necessarily taste like Lucky Charms but was delicious regardless. His choice made me envious because of how good it was. The woman who took our order also made our drinks and upon payment she didn't disclose how much would be charged to my card prior to running it so some might be discouraged by that. She was very friendly and had a great attitude. Unfortunately, this location is out of our way so we won't frequent it often and we also wanted to go around 8am but they didn't open until 9.

We selected based solely off reviews and were so highly disappointed. The drip coffee was simultaneously weak and bitter, which isn’t the usual combination. The Mexican mocha was legitimately plain hot milk. I guess there’s a chance the espresso and flavor are at the bottom, but I’m not going to drink the 12oz of plain milk on top to find out.Drive thru coffee spots seem very hit or miss, but at $9.50 for two drinks it wouldn’t be worth the risk to try again.

Family-owned, quaint. Coffee is on the darker roast side. Good variety of non-dairy creamers

Yummy coffee and great customer service! Love their monthly specialty drinks.

I love this place. I'm often unable to leave my apartment, and I can get 2 coffees and a huge cinnamon roll delivered for $22! That's including a $5 tip for my driver. RHR never cancels our order or hits other hiccups like a lot of places we have tried. The coffee arrives hot and the cinnamon roll is warm. Just perfect!

Hands down my favorite coffee place in town. Love the people and the convenience of the drive through, but it’s the coffee that keeps me coming back. Dark and full bodied with no acidity. I drink my coffee black so I just don’t mess around with sub-par brews. This is the place.

If this place is the owns the coffee stand in the Kentucky Expo center-the staff is rude and the close earlier than their hours.

Coffee was great, Mercades was even better. What a place!
