I ordered the chicken finger meal with 4 chicken strips, coleslaw, garlic bread(bit of a sweet flavour) and crinkle cut fries. The chicken is nice as it doesn't taste greasy and is pure white meat which tastes like a healthier chicken strip. The iced tea I didn't like but the meal itself was pretty good for my first experience.
First time I come to this location and let me say this will stick with me. I don't typically leave reviews for fast-food places (because if I did the list would be long) but this impression will definitely last a lifetime. You could hear clear as day what I can only assume was the manager yelling at an employee. From what I could gather, apparently there was an altercation between employees and when one of them wanted to go home to not be around the other the manager let the ENTIRE store know that she was not pleased.Food was still great but I think I'll stick to the long a-- drive through lines.
I wish I could give this establishment 0 out of 5, but that is not possible, so I'll give it a 1. I have NEVER experienced worse consumer service. The person at the counter was snappy and rude. He made me and my friends feel judged for wanting a receipt, and straight up LAUGHED at another guest for asking about vegetarian options. The establishment was also filthy. I could practically feel the dirt soaking into my skin. The employes were also disheveled and looked like they needed antidepressants. Disgusting, both service and establishment. Food was good.
Listen, I love me some Cane’s, but I’ve now been to this location 2x in about 2 months and been shorted a chicken tender on each occasion. So check your orders before you leave if driving thru is all I’m saying. I guess that’s one way to deal w rising costs ?♀️
Bathrooms were dirty. Trash cans were full. I had to sit my trash on top of the cans. The food was good but they chicken fingers were very small for the price. A 3 chicken fingers strip meal was 9 dollars and I was disappointed when I sat down and opened the styrofoam container and saw how little the chicken strips actually were.
Took the grand kids to eat and afterwards watched Sonic-2 at Baxter theater. Awesome!!!
It was delicious, I had 5 number 1s and extra toast a pretty big order they got it filled fast with hot fresh food thank you!
OMG !! There's a reason why Raising Cane's was on a list of the 25 Best Fast Food Restaurants in America. They have absolutely the best chicken tenders I have eaten anywhere!!
First time here great food. Worth the drive from Indiana! Came with little sister and nephew.
Filthy dirty. Floor dirty. No tables wiped down. Employees standing around. Ice machine broken. Carbonation out on soft drinks. No sweet tea. No coleslaw—never told under after order is complete but not included. Terrible first time experience. Worst $50 spent feeding our family of 6. Do better.
