Wonderful service! Very attentive. Food presented nicely and large portions. Never felt rushed.

While the restaurant was not super busy, service was a bit slower than it could have been. Food was delicious, portions were on the small side, but so delicious.
Good was great, service was good, table was next to cooking area and server area. That was a huge negative. The restaurant had lots of open tables away from this area too.
Our group of 6 decided to try out the brunch at Proof On Main, prior to attending Anastasia at Ky Center on 8/6/22. The menu was limited, but enough variety for everyone at our table to order something we thought sounded good. Two of us ordered the Bacon and Heirloom tomato sandwich, it came with some delicious french fries. Now, the bad news, the sandwich was inedible, really almost disgusting. The bacon was gross, 2 big strips of really fatty, barely cooked bacon that was in no way crispy. There was no way to take a bite of it without eating it like a piece of beef jerky and the taste was rancid, just YUCK. The tiny focaccia bread bun was spread with some white spread and had a piece of lettuce and a slice of tomato which made the sandwich very soggy and unpleasant. The fries were great, they were accompanied by maybe a teaspoon on ketchup in a little silver cup, I was unaware that there is a ketchup shortage, but apparently...there is. The other diners were more satisfied with their selections, but I will let them write their own review. At the end of the meal, my friend picked up the check and was informed that their card system wasn't working and could we pay in cash? That was out of her control, but still a pain in the butt to go get cash from the ATM. Looks like we will be going back to the Bristol or Mussel & Burger Bar for our pre play dining!
Every dish was excellent and our waiter âLennonâ knew every detail of the dishes and provided amazing recommendations. We will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu!
Fabulous decor! Cocktail was amazing. Food was good but they really need to learn what Jerk Chicken is and REALLY REALLY need to learn what a Johnny Cake is (hint: it is not a cornmeal pancake). Chocolate mousse was frozen solid, so not exactly mousse-y. Everything tasted good, just not as expected. Service was terrific.
Phenomenal from start to finish. Our server, Austin, was great. Loved the general vibe of the place. The mushrooms and pecan pie macarons were the highlight.
What a place! We just loved the artwork and exhibits. Lou, our server made our experience wonderful. He was so knowledgeable, and accommodated my allergy needs so kindly. The food was amazing, and The whole place is very unique and colorful. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

We were blown away by the food at this place! Everyoneâs dish was absolutely amazing. The best part was the friendly, knowledgeable and outstanding service. What a combo to have service and quality second to none. Our server, Lennon made our dining experience something we are still talking about. Eat here, you wonât be disappointed!!!
