The sandwich was okay. Steak and cheese, but was not noteworthy. The multi grain bun was the best part. And a rather slow inefficient process for ordering and getting the sandwich.

Do not order delivery from them. I ordered through Grubhub, and the bag came to me sealed but missing 2 items. That is not on GrubHub, that is on Potbelly. When I called, they basically did not care and told me to drive over to the place to get my cookies or reach out to Grubhub. That is the kind of customer disservice they are providing apparently.
Most chain restaurants offer some level of consistency and predictability. I do not frequent Potbelly, based on this experience, I wouldn't. The staff were very disorganized, place order, go down to register, repeat order, have third person ask what you ordered so they can make your order. With this, I really have no idea what purpose the first person had. The food was ok at best, not memorable. Might be better to order from the app. Better yet, there are multiple restaurants nearby that are likely a much better option.
Potbelly has great milkshakes. I also really like the pizza sub and adding some hot peppers. But yeah, you gotta try the hand scooped milkshake.
This place is great. They endured the “pandemic” per Andy’s guidelines and are always friendly with quality food. Glad I found this place.

OMG this place is so good. I mean like the best sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. Get the pizza sandwich that marinara sauce is to die for like I want to cover everything I eat in the sauce. Cookies are really good and you can even get bottled drinks like root beer and orange crush. So good highly recommend
The food is always good but the staff is subpar making almost every experience unenjoyable. The manager clearly doesn’t care about the lack of customer service or how their employees treat customers. They always act like you’re inconveniencing them by being there. We try not to frequent this location often, but unfortunately, this is the only one in the area.
