Their bread is on point. If you go here, try the Cubano. Their lunch meat, ham, roast beef etc has very poor quality though so stay away from those options. They have the zapps brand chips. Cookies aren't the best
They have the best salads. We enjoy this place. Friendly service and good prices
I’m only giving this 3 stars due to the food was pretty decent. The service however leave a lot to improve. When I walked in I went to the order counter. There were two employees behind the counter they were talking, I stood there awkwardly for at least 3 minutes waiting to be acknowledged at all. Finally the woman huff and walked over to grab gloves and said @what can I get you”. When checking out the young man who was standing there the old time my food was being prepared asked what I got- so I had to go through each item, even though he watched it being made and even pour my soups. Then once I paid he sat all of my items on the counter individually. I had two sandwiches, two soups, and two drinks. I waited for home to put them all in a large bag- he never did so I asked if I could have a large bag. Like I’m supposed to carry all those items in my arms out to the car. It was the weirdest sandwich shop experience I’ve ever had. But, like I said the food was decent. I’d go there again for the food, but the service really needs improvement.

Potbelly is always good! This one has a lot of University of Louisville flair to it. Had the steakhouse beef , turkey and Swiss, and BLTA with the best smoked Applewood bacon I have ever tasted. Cookies were delicious. Place was decently clean and in a great shopping center.
Fast, made to order (of course) bread is fabulous. I tried chicken salad sandwich today and it was so fresh and tasty! My go to is the turkey and Swiss with all the goodies but it might be be the chicken salad. Highly recommend
Sandwiches aren't good. Have given them a try a few different times and just not good quality or tasting. Tons of better options in Louisville.
