Usually this place is pretty good but today my chicken was really dry. Like it had been sitting there all day. Rice in my beans and rice was dry and crunchy. Couldn't eat it.
Drive thru speak was not working properly so the employees couldn’t really hear me. According to them. I raised my voice so they could hear me an got accused of yelling at them. I make my whole order just to get to the drink and start yelling at employees. Yeah okay. Apparently it was a district manager whom also was on the headset. The service was like any other Popeyes BAD!
Had really good service. Scott O. was super nice and what a greeting. So very helpful and service with a smile. Food was very fresh. Thank you for the excellent service.
husband got food to go, female on counter has a big attitude and a smart mouth.[not referring to her intelligence] he said his food was fine. every time I have ordered food it's always been dried out and cold. so I don't eat there.
I've always loved Popeyes chicken, but the service at this place is always soooooooooooo slow. Which I don't understand because it's chicken... you just throw it in a box? It's not like they're making a bunch of sandwiches (I know they make some, but not that many).
Horrible, the food was old and cold. They took so long bc the manager was just socializing leaned up against the takeout window and she had horrible manager customer service. Short handed I get it, but you are the face of that exact store. If you don't like your job and that miserable find another or get a brand new crew. Watch videos on business management inorder to find the best options out of the applicants! But I'm not here to complain I'm here to help you with ideas. I will try one more time! Girl get that bonus thrive not die!
I do not recommend this store. Staff seems to go out of their way to discourage you from placing an order. Spent 45 minutes in drive through. When I finally got to the window, they wanted to take my order all over again. No thank you. No time for this foolishness.
If only I could give zero or negative stars I would. Food was disgusting the chicken was way past the pull time..so dry and not edible. The Mac and cheese was so nasty it was mostly this mush of burnt cheese and this chunky goo...I'm not sure if you could call it mac and cheese.... The mashed potatoes were so runny and gross looking.... The gravy just looked horrible I just put the lid back on it... Oh my tea was soured.... So basically I spent a bunch of money on garbage and thats exactly where it went. Did I mention that it was a 12 piece family meal... Thank goodness everyone was okay with having scrambled eggs and toast...
Very good overall experience. Staff was friendly and store was clean. One of our sandwiches (out of 4) was super though likeIt had been reheated but staff took care of it. Would eat here again!
1:50 pm 6 personnel on staff including manager and had 3 vehicles waiting to place their order for 20 minutes. Pulled around front. Both the manager and cashier on their cell phones didn't notice I walked in, glaring music with offensive to women and vulgar language glad I left my 8 year old daughter in the vehicle. Never coming back.
