The food is always good here, but had yet another horrible service experience. Ordered online. Chose drive thru pickup. Waited in the drive thru for a good 20min. Was told to come inside to retrieve my order. Had to wait another 10min to speak to an employee. Order couldn't be found at first. Had to sub mild for spicy tenders. They were out of popcorn chicken. Barely got any fries on a "large" order. Very disappointed unfortunately.
Had the privilege of James English waiting on us and the customer service was outstanding. Our food was packed quickly, as a matter of fact the quickest I’ve seen in along time and properly. The food was hot and everything fresh. Several people walked up to James and was talking to him. Very very friendly guy. I hope the next time I’m there, he gets to wait on us again. Thanks for the outstanding service.
Thanks for the $12.00 3pc. Kids meal. Not the first time I’ve been given tiny pieces of chicken. For $12.00, I want to be full, not feel like I just had an appetizer.
As always, Popeye's shows themselves to be the best fast food chicken chain around. It's always juicy, well seasoned, and overall just delicious. The staff are all cool, friendly people here. If you aren't eating their spicy chicken with some red beans and rice on the regular, then you aren't living properly.
I was one of the first people to be in line at this store when it opened. Boy has it gone downhill since then. I tried to eat here last night and stood…. alone at the cash register for 5-10 minutes and was completely ignored by several employees. There seemed to be plenty of staff. The guy who appeared to be the one who was supposed to be the cashier was too busy flirting with a girl waiting for her food to be bothered with us. No wonder this place is empty.
Very good but it was not worth the price, I order 3 additional chicken tenders my order came to $28. So at the window I decided to take the the chicken tenders off my oder my total was $20!!!!! Wow, 8 bucks for 3 tenders that a bit to pricey for me. But the food was very good
Pull up the drive-through at 9:15… While trying to order popcorn shrimpthey told us that the fryer had been turned down for the evening. The store closes at 10PM?!?!? Drive Thru took 26 minutes. Don’t worry tho they still shook us down for the $.25 per sauce. We were asked to go forward instead of checking the order at the window so she would not get in trouble for the drive-through times, as if the times could be any worse. Guess what?? The order was wrong. Had we pulled off we would have been waiting another 30 minutes because the inside is closedThe lady at the drive-through was nice and overworked. I understand that the entire world is shortstaffed but this is a little ridiculous.Frites were cold too
I have never been a fan of Popeyes. The chicken is greasy and the biscuits are dry. The fries taste weird. The staff is friendly and that’s about the only good thing I have to say.
We walked in and were ignored for a good 10 minutes. Kept making eye contact with the employees- nothing. It was not busy.. maybe 2 people on the drive thru. 5 employees either just walking around, taking an order at the window, or calling on their phones while touching food. I understand that working retail isn’t the best experience (I work in retail) but it was completely unprofessional.
Used the mobile app 3 times. Twice it's been a bad experience. This time i ordered on the app, took about 15 mind to get there. O chose to go on because the drive thru is always packed. 2 people in front of me. I told them I'm picking up my order. They said it'll be just a few minutes. 20minutes later i got my order. There's really no reason to use the app if you still have to wait for forever to get your order.
