Chicken breast wasn't cooked all the way through. Tried to call to let someone know that. No one Answered. Will be calling cooperate tomorrow morning. Drive thru employee was rude. Least my daughter's tender dinner was done. And the Mac and cheese was good

Not usually big on chains, but this place has consistently good service and one of the best spicy chicken sandwiches in town. This is coming from a guy who used to GM a multi million dollar posh restaurant.

Just letting anyone know who cares to know, the Popeyes Chicken on Dixie next to Greenwood Rd doesn't make the UberEats delivery drinks. Y'all better hope your delivery driver washes their hands before putting the lid on your cup!!Usually there's a sticker or something placed over the lid so there can't be any tampering either.

Terribly slow service. Line all the way out in Dixie hwy, and it's not because theyre super busy, it's because they're incredibly slow and have the lobby closed. Wont be doing this again. 40 mins from the time I got in line, to the time I got out my food.

Popeyes has a great product with lackluster service. They are constantly busy which does allow for hot food, but it takes forever to get something. In my last 3 visits 2 of the orders have been wrong and I get the same chicken tender dinner every time. Either something is forgotten or an unwanted side item has been subbed for the original order. Tastes great but you're taking a gamble on whether its made accurately .

Ordered an 8 piece family meal all thighs. The young lady said she gave me 11 pieces because the thighs were small, she wasn't lying. They were embarrassingly small, I'm glad she compensated. Service was great, but te chicken had more crust than meat. I paid too much for this meal.

this restaurant have the worst service. after waiting 10 min to make my order. it take another 35 + minute to get my order. my order was to go because i have a plane to catch. when i get my order and check on my way to the Louisville airport I found that I order 8 pcs chicken nuggets. and I receive chicken strips. is it unacceptable that take that long to received my order and when I check was wrong. I don't want to go back to the restaurant because it may take another 30 minute to fix my order. the manager in that moment was fixing order for other customer because they was making sale for for product that they dint have in stock while we are waiting in the lobby. the drive thru was moving fast. non-other employee came to the front and help with the customer service. am really disappoint with the customer service in this restaurant it the worse I ever been.

Waited over 30 minutes. Extremely busy. Food is good.... But kinda sad looking for the price

Went to the drive thru yesterday and ordered a two piece combo and just a two piece, when I got to the window, I asked the girl if I could have a wing and leg, she going to tell me no, because the box was already made.First of all she never did ask if I wanted mild or spicy, nor did she even ask if I wanted dark or white meat, so how did your workers already have something made and didn't even ask me what I wanted.I thought that was very poor customer service.

My order is the same every time I go to this particular Popeyes. A number 2 with slaw an additional side of mash potatoes and gravy. They have left out the additional side now 3 times with the 3rd time being today. Also, they did not give me a receipt because apparently the machine was down.
