I arrived at 845 pm says they don't close until ten or eleven either way it was way before closing time. I seen this inside but I'm a Caucasian male and I was told they are closed and I have to wait for my door dash in a 20 plus minute wait in the drive through gas is to expensive for me to do this everywhere for 20 minutes at a time I'll never make money except my gas money back. They just decide to close when they feel like it. It's not my fault that they're understaffed and they want to close early because they feel like it that's not my problem I have a job to do my job is to deliver food and if I can't get this food in a timely manner then I can't make money so this is my job too but I'm forced to wait in the Drive-Thru while these others are allowed to go inside in order hundreds of dollars and food came out with four bags of food but I'm a Caucasian man and I'm not allowed in I think I'll be looking into this further and talking to someone higher up
With the few Popeyes locations in the city, this spot definitely makes up for it. Always hot and fresh; not a long wait either way, carryout or drive thru.
Popeye's is super underrated, Cajun fast food is a great idea. If you were interested in a more not so fast somewhat more authentic version there is Jack Fry's on Bardstown road and J Gumbo on Frankfort avenue.
Waited in drive thru for 30 mins to receive food that I couldn’t even bring myself to eat. My tenders were dry, fries slightly undercooked. My boyfriends chicken sandwich was soggy. He threw half of it out the window because it was soo bad. This man never wastes food. Employees are rude, if they don’t have an attitude then they’re playing around not doing their jobs. It was like I just threw 22$ out the window. Never again!
There's no reason why any customer in a drive-thru line at Popeyes should wait 30 minutes for an order made through the app! Then wait an additional 5-10 minutes for your order to be brought to the window, during which you're told that the butterfly shrimp you ordered with your dinner isn't available, but they can give you popcorn shrimp. And then you discover, contrary to what is on the expeditor ticket, there are neither any fries or BBQ sauce. I could see at least 4 individuals through the drive-thru window, but I'm not certain what any of them were doing. You might want to pass on this location.
Service was awful, looked like a bunch of kids and no boss. One person that was their had been their 30 min waiting on food and we had a good wait then they finally said they were out of Mac and cheese and that was holding up our orders. My chicken sandwich covered only half my bun. Got a look when I asked for tea because their was none in the lobby. People came out for break but no one brought a rag to wipe down tables before or after their break.
They may always be busy & it take a minute to get your order but everyone there is super nice, work hard and get it done in a timely manner. I drive out of my way to go to this location bc of their customer service skills. Kudos to the manager that I see there all the time. Great job!!!
This is hands down the most absolute horrible fast food restaurant in Louisville I deliver for a delivery company and I quit taking orders from there because they are so nasty and they don't care to try and hide it. One time I had gone in and use the restroom well attempted to I walked in and someone had literally spread feces on the walls and when I alerted the manager about it she just kind of rolled me off I do not suggest for anybody to eat here
Havent been here for a few months until today. Usually it's really good but today the soft drinks tasted off and the fries had a strong taste of oil. Was missing a spicy chicken sandwich with our order as well.
Was super fast drive thru.. Fresh and cooked great tasted just as great as it looked. Will definitely go back again!!
