Good and speedy service and pretty darn good Pho. The egg rolls were good fried dumplings okay. Vegetable and eye round Pho bowls. Definitely worth going back.

We enjoyed our lunch here. They have our favorite peach drink, i got the grilled pork fried rice and it was a big serving for me since i also have the roll. The Pho tasted better than the places we've had and cheaper. I guess KY is cheaper compared to other states. Place is clean and friendly service.

Pho Phi was super good. The flavors were delicious. We had lots of chicken in our 2 chicken dishes, but there was only 5 pieces of shrimp in our 2 shrimp bowls. We really enjoyed our meal, the restaurant was clean and they were quick getting the food out.

My husband LOVES this place! He gets the chicken pho and he is satisfied with the portion of the meal. He usually asks for extra ingredients which that staff provide in his order. The place is very clean and well maintained.

I enjoyed my Pho so much I went back the next evening. I needed something fresh and light for dinner, so vegetable broth hit the spot.

Good pho every time. Some places are a bit inconsistent, but Pho Phi serves a reliable bowl of delicious Pho every time. Ideally I’d like a bit more Thai basil, but that’s my only negative criticism. The restaurant itself is clean and comfortable.

Super friendly staff. The food is delicious and they have the best Taro milk tea I’ve ever had!

Stopped in for a quick bite to eat. You order your food by the counter and they deliver the food to your table. The pho and spring roll was delivered very quickly. The spring roll was huge, twice as big as I normally see them. I can’t put my finger on it but something was slightly off. The broth in the pho was quite good. The accompanying “veggies” was in a sad state. The lime and the jalapeños must have been cut several days ago, I managed to squeeze about four drops out of lime and the jalapeño was limp and crinkled. The amount of basil and cilantro was very small. The restaurant as such is clean and well kept after. It does lack ambiance as it looks more like a canteen than anything else

Not the best but not the worst noodle soup restaurant in Louisville. Bun bo hue was almost flavorless although there was plenty of meat to make up for it. And the spring roll wrappers were not completely wet and was hard to swallow in some parts. Would I insist on visiting this restaurant again over all of the Vietnamese options in Louisville? probably not, however if a friend or someone I know wants to visit I wouldn't be opposed to it.

First time to try this place and counter staff was not overly friendly, but attentive. I got the number 4 with steak and brisket and the broth was very bland, and the meet was very sparse. Mostly noodles. Needed to lot of salt to flavor. Hot sauces helped. Would like to try their spicy broth. Not the best by far.
