First visit and I was not disappointed. Love the Butcher Town vibe of this quarter of Louisville. Numerous visits over the years to this great, lively city, however this was my first Pho restaurant visit. My Chicken Curry was well balanced and slightly spicy. Great portion. The beer garden in back was a great surprise. More time and a different time of the day, I can see gathering for a local beer or bourbon (neat) in the shade sampling some spring rolls. Swing by and tantalize your tastebuds and please your palate.
The banh mi and pho are phenomenal! If you get the banh mi, buy the pho on the side for dipping - it elevates the sandwich from great to outstanding.
Delicious! Mmmmmm mmm! The owners and workers are great & informative! Welcoming! The facilities are clean as well as the restrooms! Decently stopping here EVERY time I'm in Louisville! Vegetarian options (OG course) and vegan options. Yes they do have the stake meats! All made with precision, care, and standardization! The building and the patio look expensive, but the menu pricing will not settle you back much! The patio is a great place for a date or just to sit solemn in meditation under a clear & star-ry night!
This place is a hidden gem! The pho is authentic and tasteful! The price is reasonable. The spring rolls are also flavorful. The decor is post industrial and neat. Highly recommend it!
I get a bowl of pho here almost every other week, and I've never left unsatisfied. The Thai iced tea and Vietnamese iced coffee are both good too. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the seating is fairly accessible
Awesome delicious Pho soup, My bro ordered a Vegan soup with tofu cause I was running late. They served toppings for the soup which deserves the 5 star. Great non sweetened Mango Tea which they didn't even check if I paid for, so I did lol...I get it is a pay at the counter place, but still, as a former server, I just wish someone had checked on the very few tables they had at the time.Why else do we tip 20 %?As a customer, I will come back, but what am I tipping for? Just askin'.
Love the contemporary interior. A welcoming space. Lots of room to social distance if it's still a thing. Good Vietnamese food
We are pho lovers, so we ordered two Beef Pho. The broth had a slightly deeper and richer flavor. It was a good experience.The interior was clean and nice. Because the location is close to downtown, I think there are not enough parking spaces. But, not a big deal. Just a one block walking distance. Thanks.
I had the beef Pho and a two pork spring rolls.$12 for the pho....I felt the serving size was a bit on the small side. For $2 you could add more noodles and I wish I did. The flavors were wonderful.The spring rolls were a great size and really good also.
