Good lunch spot. Can get busy but they do well with the rush.

Great Penn Station location. Everyone there was very friendly, the food was made quickly, it was fresh and tasty, and the whole place was very clean.
Ice machine was out, just had a bucket of ice sitting— for everyone to dip their cups in, and scoop out.There was hardly any meat or ingredients on my cheesesteak sandwich.I wanted to throw my sub back at them, but they charge so much there, didn’t want to lose money.Whole place was nasty, wanted to leave, but person I was with wanted to eat.I’ll never eat at a Penn Station again !Ripoff !!!!!
Hit or miss. Sometimes the meat is good. Sometimes it's fatty and not very good. 50.50 chance. Fries always solid.
Stopped here for lunch because the location near my employer on (Chamberlain Lane) is having "issues"..but that's another story in itself. A co worker suggested I go to this location off Blankenbaker and I'm glad I did. The sandwich was cooked and prepared perfectly. They also fixed my food really fast. I asked for pickles on the side, and realized I didn't have them in my nag, but the young man with the long ponytail was more than helpful and accommodating. The gentleman with the ponytail was very pleasant and very well mannered, saying please and thank you to every customer, very personable and friendly. When you look for employees to work for you, these are the qualities that really stand out. Superior service.
Today I went to go pickup my to go order that I had made online. I very disappointed none of the employees had a mask nor did any of the employees have gloves on. They were all bare handed. Covid is still around unfortunately and I wouldn’t want anybody to get sick.
Delicious. This store is always packed at lunch. But those guys are Chick-fil-A fast. No insult. Just always get my food quickly no matter how busy. And always good. Wish lemonade wasn't so expensive. Cause I love it
Came at a super busy time. The staff was communicating well, working hard and had great vibes all around. During Covid, expectations have really lowered because of staffing issues. This location well exceeded my expectations! Great management
Food took entirely too long to recieve. Sub sat for no less than 8 minutes on their prep table before being delivered to me. Best part of the meal was the Lemonade. Not worth the 16 bucks I paid for regular sub, small fries and lg Lemonade.I can sit down at a restaurant and get a lunch meal cheaper than that.
