I visited this establishment to pick up a delivery. I was told it wasnt ready, there was one other person in front of me. Everyone in the store was helped and had left, so i went to the counter and asked if the order was ready, she asked the name again then replied; i dont think we have that order, then said oh wait i have it here, then pulled it out from under the counter by the register. The order was 1 sandwich and a fry, and i had waited over 20 minutes. Im not sure what it was about, but the delivery service knows exactly what time i arrived, and exactly what time the order was handed to me. What bothers me the most is that the customers food sat under a counter, fries got cold and the sandwich stale, not sure if it was against me or the customer. She did stall me up like 20 minutes which is on me on delivery time, but the customer recieved trash food and that is on the restaurant. The way the economy is going you would think this type of behavior would be unacceptable. I am out here working to take care of my family and do not have time for games. I will not step foot back here for delivery or myself and im sure the lady that paid for cold stale food, and the delivery that took way to long feels the same way!

On May 9th. I order a small cheesesteak and a medium fries because I like them. Well the medium fries looked like a small once shook the cup up. So I went in and ask for my money back. The lady name Crystal at the register said no and the other lady said I add some more. Crystal whisper something to her, she refused to refund me and I ask for corporate number. Crystal told me to look on line. The atmosphere was off. They didn't say hi when you walked in. A young girl that was working the cash register had a bandaid on her lip.

I love Penn Station but today's was the worst I order daggwood 3 meats and I got one the cornbread was so tough had to get knife and fork and still couldn't cut or pull it apart. Since couldn't eat it I look for the other 2 meats crumbles 2 turkey 1 ham so I had a veggie sandwich in the end

this is the fourth and final time i will eat at this Penn Station the last 4 times i have gotten food from this location my order is wrong, the staff does not pay attention or care at all for customers time! If i wanted just a ham and cheese sandwich i would have ate at home i will not be spending anymore money here absolutely terrible.

I don't know what happened to this restaurant but it was the most ratchet store I've ever visited. Upon entering I was immediately told that the entire fountain drink machine was broken and my drink choice was either lemonade or tea. after getting my food and drink I asked for ketchup and salt which was also out, not to mention no lids or straws for the drink. The sandwich was good as always but the fries seemed to be in a small container after ordering a medium. I usually go to the Brownsboro road store. After this experience I will not be returning to this location.

My wife and I had a late night craving for Penn Station. I checked Google maps and to my surprise it said they were open until 10 pm. So my we put on our finest sweat pants and made our way to the store. Upon arrival at 9:08 pm we discovered the only thing being served this evening were lies and disappointment. This location must have closed at 8 pm, a full two hours sooner than listed. Cold Stone and Wing Zone, located right next door, were open and full customers beaming with utter joy. I gave 3 stars because they have my favorite fries. Hopefully one day they’ll be open long enough for me to enjoy them.

We ordered online for a pickup. Our estimated pickup time was for 9:18. We got there and they hadn’t even started! It took 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches and fries. It wasn’t even busy. Said they didn’t have fries and took five minutes to get $2.89 back when they were going to give back $6.89! Didn’t know how much their fries were! Got our sandwiches and they were very sloppy! I ordered tomatoes and they weren’t on the sandwich! I ordered the wheat bread and got white! They were rude and acted annoyed that we were there! Never going back to this place!

I've been to 2 different locations, each time they have messed my order up, 3 different times, I work at a fast food restaurant and let me tell you all you have to do is listen and show up ready to work not to complain and be nervous taking orders, like really 3 times? It was a chicken Parm with no pizza sauce and I get pizza sauce twice and sauteed mushrooms and onions on another pay your staff more or get better employees pleaaaassee

Placed an online order here on Thursday Feb 24th around 12pm. I show up to the store, and sign on the door says they won’t be opening till 4. Sent an email to the contact email requesting a refund and still haven’t heard back. You would think if they weren’t opening till 4, they wouldn’t allow you to online order on the same day at 12pm when they aren’t open. I haven’t heard back on my refund status and won’t be back until I do. I will be happy to delete this review, once my full refund is issued @owner (I promise, I stick to my word)

They weren't taking online or call ahead orders for some unknown reason. Called 3 times in an hour and no one would answer. Drove by and they weren't that busy, nor did they seem to be short-staffed. Food was good as usual but I've placed online and carry-out orders at this location before. Can't say I enjoy being "forced" to come in, order and wait when they normally offer these services. Checked and other locations were taking online and phone-in orders at the time. Next time, I'll probably check out the Jersey Mike's that just opened a little further down the street.
