I was a new customer so I wasn't sure what I wanted. They are very understanding. I ended up with a toasted chocolate chip bagel with special cream cheese. For a drink I chose a charged lemonade with mint! Everything was wonderful!
Service is so so. Also received a visibly spoiled apple with a salad. No one in the kitchen caught it! And the replacement apple was inedible. Happened last week. I don't recommend this particular restaurant on Hurstbourne Parkway.
Great location and friendly staff. Food and drinks are always superb from here. I go everyday for my morning coffee with the Unlimited Sip Club subscription. Highly recommend as you can order on the app or online and schedule your pickup at a home location or any location nationwide.
The food was good. Unfortunately, no one was available to take my order so I had to place it at the kiosk. I put in my phone number but didn't receive credit for the visit. As a result, I am still 3 visits from receiving my next reward. ?
This location is pretty fast. We get drinks mostly. One thing I don't like is how often the drive thru is closed. My mom had foot surgery and I have severe back issues, so it's not easy to just walk in. We place an order for drive thru, but we don't know it's closed until we are here. So we can't just choose curbside pickup to prevent the issue of having a hard time of getting in, because of not knowing the drive thru is closed.We just went to leave, we went inside to pick up the drinks, and the drive thru was not open when we came supposedly because of a computer issue. We pull to leave, and see it open, with like 8 cars.Maybe the owner should fix the computer issue because 60 percent of the time we do orders, the drive thru is closed.
I went there for dessert and was pleasantly surprised at how delicious the chocolate croissant tasted. I would definitely order it again.
Placed an order for delivery. Unfortunately the delivery was through Door Dash. Dasher did not take my food to the correct location, then tried to say it was because they had incomplete directions. Beth called Door Dash for me and told them to cancel the order and refund my money. Beth was an absolute sweet heart about the whole thing, even though I'm sure she wasn't happy about losing out on the money. I will continue to use this Panera, but I will do pick-up instead so Door Dash doesn't get the chance to mess up like that again. Yes I did order through the Panera website.
Outstanding service! It's not often you go to a restaurant and they actually provide quality service. This Panera delivered on great service!
Was disappointed....sign said pick 2 for new chicken sandwiches for $10.89. Hmm...$8.89 for sandwich and then I was charged $4.19 for soup. Mean what you say and say what you mean.
Nice place for a quiet and conform breakfast.The noon service is not that good as the morning one. No cashiers sometimes, cookies and other things from pastry all sold out.
