I fell in love with Panera sandwiches. This location is super quick for pickup and everything has consistently been great.

I bought dinner 2 nites in a row. Both from the Pick 2 menu & small size. The 1st was broccoli mac & cheese & tomato soup. The 2nd was mac & cheese & chicken noodle soup. The mac & cheese was yummy- very good cheese taste & creamy. I wanted more! The chick soup had great flavor & was well balanced w/ lots of chicken, broth, & noodles (& a few carrot slices). These 2 completed each other deliciously. I was not impressed w/ the broccoli mac & cheese. The broccoli was only the little tips from edge of the florets & not much of those. No broccoli taste. They used a yellow cheese that didn't have much flavor. There was a small hunk of soft unmelted cheese in my serving. I will not get this again. I found the tomato soup a little bland & added oregano to it for flavor.

I had the Fuji apple salad with chicken, was great! & The employees are really nice too.

My husband and I decided that Panera would be lunch for today. As I walk into the store there are 2 female cashiers standing at their stations. No other customers are present. We wait about 30 seconds and no one greeted us. So being the EXCELLENT C.S trainer that I am,I take the opportunity to began showing them by example how to handle in coming customer's. I walk up to the elder cashier and says "Hello, how are You today?" She smiles and says "I'm WELL, thank you. Do you have a Panera card with us"? I inform her that I do and proceeds to give her the number. She asks for my name and I inform her that my name is DIANE. She takes our order and we proceed to the back to retrieve the order. After about 5 minutes a bag is placed on the counter. This bag has a receipt attached to it that says "Cathy". After about 15 min of waiting, and 4 or 5 other customers retrieve their orders being placed on the pick up counter, with non having my name, the cashier that took our order comes by and ask if their was something wrong that we had not gotten our order? I informed her that we had not seen my name come up, nor had we been addressed by anyone behind the counter and neither by the server that was running in house table orders. She asked the cook who was on her cellphone why had we not received our order yet? The server/cook then asked for our name. The cook informed the cashier that the order on the counter was ours that had the name "CATHY" on it and turned and walked away. I pray for America!

Tried the signature chicken sandwich, simply put it wasn't bad just slightly above average I just can't see the justification in the price $11 for a single sandwich and a 1oz bag of chips. Basically it's just average food presented well at twice the price, worth a shot but definitely not a stable in my opinion.

Prices are way up !! $30.00 for 2 cups of soup and a half sandwich each ! I think that's too high. The sandwich bread tasted kinda stale.

One of my children work here. The food is pretty good. A little overpriced but delicious. The staff is young but friendly and professional. I love the coffee and tea subscription, as I'm an avid tea drinker!

This was an great experience cashier was so very nice and told us of up comung healthy nee things coming to menu had the teriyaki chic and broccoli bowl with quinoa excellent will return

My 17 yr old daughter has been employed by this particular Panera Bread for 5 months. They have withheld an unauthorized portion of her wages without her written or verbal consent. After repeated attempts at speaking to the store GM, who is scarcely available; or one of many unresourceful operations managers, or any of the administrators in the Human Resource department of the corporate office, to recover the wages with only partial success. Only after a very painstakingly slow and tedious, long and drawn out process of retrieving merely 2 of the 3 hard-earned paychecks which my daughter pouted and moaned about for the better part of 5 months PLUS and counting!!! My daughter has quickly got over the elation of having her first job, and is now burdened with the thought that she will never see that money!!No legally employed teenager should ever be made to feel that way, after she worked hard at learning and accomplishing all the demands of the job, trusting that she would be paid in a timely manner!NOT AT ALL!!Though all parties were made aware, at such junction no thing was speedily rectified.Though now in search of "GAINFUL EMPLOYMENT," my daughter is still employed by Panera Bread to my dismay. Still trusting the process, despite my repeated warnings to the contrary. And still has not been compensated, nor been given any practical explanation nor resolution for this unreasonable disparity!!

My order is typically incorrect here, but today pushed my buttons. I have ordered several times, oatmeal, remove pecans, add sliced banana. And it has been exactly that. And it’s awesome on a cold day. Today the manager told me they couldn’t put banana on my oatmeal because their menu does not allow it. I asked, do you sell bananas? Yes, she said. It is this mistaken position of power that makes food establishments often lose customers. This is not a weird request and in no way different than getting the sliced strawberries or apples they happily provide. I would pay a $1 for a banana on my oatmeal, even half a banana. The food here is typical Panera food. But if you want customer service and to feel valued, go elsewhere. By the way, the Oatmeal across the street, is gross. Good luck!
