Panera has a lot of new menus items and I am looking forward to trying them. Last night I had one of their charged lemonades which was very good. The 4 star is because it was 8:00 at night and mostly empty but most tables were dirty.

Arrived at 2 minutes to 7:00 a.m. on Sunday morning for a DOORDASH delivery pickup. There was no employee or staff to be seen inside the store. It was 2 minutes until opening was scheduled. Evidently delivery is not important, and neither or three other customers sitting in their vehicles waiting for this place to open. I remember times when the customer was more important than getting two extra minutes off the clock. I understand, if it's policy, but having worked in places in my 54 years similar to this establishment, I don't think that's an issue. One star for no hustle, four stars absent which fits the description of the importance of customers and delivery personnel to those individuals whose job hinges on having individuals patronize their establishments.
Ordered group sized chicken noodle soup to go for my sick child so I didn't have to leave them alone. It was 99% broth. For $20 I could've had a gallon of homemade soup. Very disappointing.
ordered The Chicken salad sandwich has hardly no chicken salad on it, no almonds Def not worth the $18 I paid for the 2 sandwiches!
Pretty standard Panera shop, good service, clean, generally not too crowded. Like all other Panera bakery's good is generally quite good and prices are generally a bit high.
This is the best and most consistent Panera Bread in this city, which is probably why it is still open as opposed to several others. Anyway, they always get my order right (and immediately fix it when they don't), have good service, hot coffee, and plenty of lemonade & teas on hand. Good sandwiches, fresh salads (unlike other locations). We are always satisfied when we stop by for lunch. Two thumbs up!
