choose another location. 30 minute drive thru wait despite only being the 7th person in line. my signature chicken sandwich was actually a spicy chicken sandwich that was severely burned, black spots on the bun.

Stopped in after a visit to the DMV. Needed coffee real bad. Excellent coffee and excellent service. Friendly and comfortable place. Even had a pastry. Yum. Not crowded at the time we went. Good food, drinks and courtesy. Enough said.

I frequently order thru rapid pick up and have always had beyond amazing service from a gentleman that works the drive thru sometimes. I wish I remembered his name but he is around 30-ish, dreads, and maybe a little under 6'. He is ALWAYS in a great mood and turns something so monotonous into the highlight of your day.

Literally the worst Panera experience I’ve ever had, and we travel a lot and have been to Panera all over the US. My 1/2 sandwich was tiny, very skimpy on ingredients, and didn’t taste like any other turkey bravo sandwich I’ve had at any other Panera. My Madagascar almond cold brew was sour tasting with barely any vanilla flavor or sweetener. The restaurant parking lot is also very difficult to get into and out of.

Dined at this location for the time and was exceedingly please. Parking lot was well kept, the dining area was superbly clean. You could either order at the counter with a cashier or at the self serve kiosk, the waiting area was easy to find and the screen displaying the order placement was easy to read.My order came out fast, the server was friendly and my food was correctly made.I highly recommend this locations.

I had the chicken salad sandwich on sourdough bread. Three times the amount of bread to chicken salad. If it wasn’t free with my club membership I would have been very disappointed. If your going to make a sandwich put some meat on it. I had to rearrange it to one side to make it worth it.

Serious decline in quality. Cashier was obviously, visibly ill. Menu has shrunk to a fraction of the offerings they used to have. Coffee was out. Tables were dirty. Food was ok, (we hope!) but not the quality it used to be. Still praying no one in the kitchen was as ill as the cashier.

I order it off the app for takeout and the app stated the food was ready when it clearly wasn't. Don't know if this reflects on an issue with the app or the store. Also the app asks for a tip, but you have to make your own drink when you get there, not sure about that one. Otherwise, food was good as usual, just a weird experience this time.

It was fine, I got a take out. The Chef Chicken Sandwich was excellent tho IMHO a little over-priced at $11. The sandwich was good, I would get it again, it has a tasty sauce on it. Panera on Dutchman's Lane is always busy, they do a good business.

I will not go back to this Panera. Multiple issues. I ordered 2 everything bagels with 1 additional cream cheese and a madagascar vanilla latte (hot). They told me they weren't doing any barista drinks this morning. Then when I got my food, they only had 1 cream cheese (total) in the bag. There should have been 3. No utensils or napkins. Very poor customer service and they won't be getting my business again.
